The present invention relates to an offshore sand application device and an offshore sand application system. The present invention enables sand to be stored in a ladle to be moved to the bottom of the water and enables a plurality of floor plates forming a floor of the ladle to be rotated to discharge the sand. The ladle is gradually ascended while opening the floor plate at the same time, and then, the sand can be applied over an entire area of the floor plate at predetermined thickness. Moreover, the present invention has a structure of lifting upward and withdrawing the ladle while the sand is seated on the floor surface of the bottom of the water, thereby preventing the bottom deposit from being disturbed or floated due to a drop and input of the sand.
본 발명은 수상 모래 포설장치 및 포설시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 모래를 래들에 담아 하저로 이동시킨 후, 래들의 바닥을 이루는 복수의 바닥판을 회동시켜 모래가 배출될 수 있도록 한다. 바닥판을 개방하면서 래들을 함께 서서히 인상시키면, 모래가 바닥판의 전체 영역에 걸쳐 일정한 두께로 포설될 수 있다. 또한 하저 바닥면에 모래를 안착시킨 상태에서 래들을 상부로 들어서 빼내는 구조이므로 모래의 낙하 투입에 의한 하저 퇴적물이 교란되거나 부유하는 문제를 해결할 수 있다.
