COLD RECYCLED ASPHALT MIXTURES USING WASTED ASPHALT AGGREGATE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a cold-recycled asphalt mixture using waste asphalt concrete recycled aggregate and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention includes: aggregate; an alkali activation filler; emulsified asphalt; and an additive. The aggregate contains 0.1 to 100 wt% of waste asphalt concrete recycled aggregate with respect to the total aggregate weight. According to the present invention, the waste asphalt concrete recycled aggregate and the alkali activation filler are included, the physical properties of the waste asphalt concrete recycled aggregate are evaluated, and characteristics depending on the mixing ratio (content) of the waste asphalt concrete recycled aggregate are analyzed. As a result, an optimal content is derived, excellent characteristics are provided in terms of all criteria, including stability, flow value, and porosity, and the recyclability of the waste asphalt concrete recycled aggregate is improved.
본 발명은 폐아스콘 순환골재를 이용한 상온 재생 아스팔트 혼합재료 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 골재; 알칼리활성화 채움재; 유화 아스팔트; 및 첨가제를 포함하고, 상기 골재는, 골재 전체 중량 기준으로 폐아스콘 순환골재를 0.1 내지 100중량%로 포함하는 상온 재생 아스팔트 혼합재료 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 폐아스콘 순환골재와 알칼리활성화 채움재를 포함시키되, 폐아스콘 순환골재의 물성을 평가하고, 이와 함께 폐아스콘 순환골재의 혼입율(함량)에 따른 특성을 분석하여 최적의 함량을 도출함으로써 안정도, 흐름값 및 공극률 등의 모든 기준 항목에서 우수한 특성을 가지며, 폐아스콘 순환골재의 재활용성이 개선된다.
