The disclosed safety device for preventing falling of a steel tower comprises: a coupling unit coupled to a steel tower; a foothold unit connected to the coupling unit; and a safety rope ring unit having a space unit which is connected to the foothold unit and allows a safety rope to pass therethrough and connected to the space unit and having an inlet where the safety rope can be introduced and discharged.
