The present invention relates to a drainage tank which is configured to introduce and discharge dirty water such as rain (1) and other types of dirty water from daily life (2), discharge odor generated inside, and prevent vermin and harmful insects from entering, comprising: a mainframe (10) which includes an inflow space (11) which accommodates the dirty water (1, 2), an upper inflow unit (12) which introduces the dirty water (1) through an opened upper side, a side surface inflow unit (13) formed on one side to introduce the dirty water (2), and a discharge unit (14) formed on the other side to discharge the dirty water (1, 2) accommodated in the inflow space (11); a blocking means (20) which includes a blocking net (21) settled on the mainframe (10) to block foreign substances in the dirty water (1), and a vertical pipe (22) which introduces the dirty water (1) into the inflow space (11); and a control means (30) which includes a moving pipe (31) which moves up and down in accordance with the water level (W) of the dirty water (1, 2) in the inflow space (11) on the vertical pipe (22) to block the odor or prevent vermin and harmful insects from entering. Accordingly, the present invention provides effects to automatically control the height of a drainage pipe in accordance with the depth of the drainage tank at the time of installation, to allow the rain or the dirty water introduced from the outside to be accommodated, to avoid requiring a worker to perform any kind of additional control, to remarkably increase the workability, to avoid letting the inner odor flow backward to the outside, to minimize the damage from the odor, and to prevent vermin, cockroaches, flies, and other harmful insects from entering.

본 발명은 비 등의 오수(1)와 생활의 오수(2)를 유입시켜 배출하고, 내부에 발생되는 악취의 배출 또는 쥐 및 해충이 유입되지 않도록 구성되는 배수조에 있어서: 내부에 오수(1)(2)를 수용하는 유입공간(11)과, 상부가 개방되어 오수(1)를 유입하는 상부유입부(12)와, 일측에 오수(2)를 유입하는 측면유입부(13)와, 타측에 유입공간(11)에 수용된 오수(1)(2)를 배출하는 배출부(14)를 구비하는 본체(10); 상기 본체(10) 상에 안착되어 오수(1)의 이물질을 차단하는 차단망(21)과, 오수(1)를 유입공간(11)으로 유입하는 수직관(22)을 구비하는 차단수단(20); 및 상기 수직관(22) 상에 유입공간(11)의 오수(1)(2)의 수위(W)에 따라 상하 이동하여 악취를 차단 또는 쥐 및 해충이 유입되지 않도록 하는 이동관(31)을 구비하는 조절수단(30);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은, 설치 시 배수조의 깊이에 따라 배수관을 자동으로 높이를 조절하여 외부에서 유입되는 비 또는 오수를 수용 가능하도록 하여 작업자가 별도의 조절을 가하지 않음으로 작업성을 현저하게 상승되면서 내부의 악취를 외부로 역류시키기 않아 악취의 피해를 최소한으로 줄이면서 쥐, 바퀴벌레, 파리 등에 해충의 유입을 막을 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
