Rotating roll type automatic shading device installation for car wash
The present invention relates to a rotating roll-type automatic shading film construction system for a car wash, which is able to block hot air and heat from the direct sunlight given to the site of the car wash installed in an outdoor divided space, to allow a worker to easily control the shading work, to evenly maintain the work temperature in the car wash, and to improve a user's work environment. The rotating roll-type automatic shading film construction system for the car wash comprises: one or more drain grooves (1a) in a ground surface (1) divided space; a soundproofing plate (3) formed on an upper side of the ground surface (1) to have an engraved unit and a raised unit; one or more partition frames (2) at regular intervals on a rear side of the soundproofing plate (3); support brackets (210, 220) formed on a front side and a rear side of an upper end of each of the partition frames (2); one or more reinforcing frames (4) between the support brackets (210, 220); and a longitudinal frame (53) formed on a rear end of the reinforcing frame (4). A transversal frame (52) is placed between the reinforcing frames (4) and the longitudinal frame (53). On both ends of the transversal frame (52), a vertical frame (51), a shading apparatus (5) for controlling the opening/closing of the shading film (6) on an upper side of the vertical frame (51), and a control box (J) for controlling the opening/closing of the shading apparatus (5) are provided. The present invention has merits to easily and conveniently place a car wash structure in an empty site or a divided space, to allow the worker to easily and conveniently use the shading film in a rotating roll type, to firmly configure an operation structure, and to use the rotating roll-type automatic shading film construction system for a long time without disconnection or sagging.
본 발명은 야외 구획공간에 설치되는 세차장 부지에 태양 직사광선에 의한 더위와 햇볕을 차단할 수 있도록 하고 작업자가 쉽게 차광작업을 제어할 수 있도록 설치하여 세차장 작업온도를 일정하게 유지할 수 있도록 하여 사용자의 작업환경을 개선할 수 있도록 한다. 지면(1) 구획공간에 하나 이상의 배수홈(1a)과, 상기 지면(1)의 상측에는 전측에 음각부와 양각부를 구비한 방음판(3)과, 상기 방음판(3)의 후측에는 하나 이상 일정한 간격으로 구비된 칸막이프레임(2)과, 상기 각 칸막이프레임(2)의 사이 상단 전·후측에는 지지브라켓(210)(220)과, 상기 지지브라켓(210)(220) 사이에는 하나 이상의 보강프레임(4)과, 상기 보강프레임(4)의 후단에는 종프레임(53)을 고정설치하되, 그 사이에는 횡프레임(52)을 구비하고, 상기 횡프레임(52)의 양측 끝단에는 수직프레임(51)과, 상기 수직프레임(51)의 상부측에는 차광막(6)을 개방 및 개폐를 조절할 수 있는 차광장치(5)과, 상기 차광장치(5)를 개방 및 개폐할 수 있도록 제어하는 제어박스(J)를 구비한다. 본 발명은 공터 또는 구획공간에 쉽고 간편하게 자동차 세차장 구조를 구비한 상태에서 작업자가 쉽고 간편하게 회전롤 형태로 차광막을 사용할 수 있는 이점이 있고, 또 작동구조를 견고히 구성하여 장기간 사용에도 끓어짐이나 처짐 없이 사용할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

The present invention relates to a rotating roll-type automatic shading film construction system for a car wash, which is able to block hot air and heat from the direct sunlight given to the site of the car wash installed in an outdoor divided space, to allow a worker to easily control the shading work, to evenly maintain the work temperature in the car wash, and to improve a user's work environment. The rotating roll-type automatic shading film construction system for the car wash comprises: one or more drain grooves (1a) in a ground surface (1) divided space; a soundproofing plate (3) formed on an upper side of the ground surface (1) to have an engraved unit and a raised unit; one or more partition frames (2) at regular intervals on a rear side of the soundproofing plate (3); support brackets (210, 220) formed on a front side and a rear side of an upper end of each of the partition frames (2); one or more reinforcing frames (4) between the support brackets (210, 220); and a longitudinal frame (53) formed on a rear end of the reinforcing frame (4). A transversal frame (52) is placed between the reinforcing frames (4) and the longitudinal frame (53). On both ends of the transversal frame (52), a vertical frame (51), a shading apparatus (5) for controlling the opening/closing of the shading film (6) on an upper side of the vertical frame (51), and a control box (J) for controlling the opening/closing of the shading apparatus (5) are provided.
