Slip form having a partial heating part concrete depositing system using therewith and concrete depositing method using therewith
The present invention relates to a slip form having a partial heating unit, a concrete placement system using the same, and a concrete placing method using the same. To this end, provided is the slip form having a partial heating unit, which comprises: a slip form of which one surface comes in contact with concrete; and a heating unit (220) placed on a lower end of the slip form in a longitudinal direction to partially heat the concrete. In addition, provided is the concrete placement system using the slip form having the partial heating unit, which comprises: a slip form (200) having a partial heating unit (220), which is installed on each outer wall (110) of concrete having a plurality of outer walls (110); outer temperature sensors (140, 142, 144, 146) installed on an outer side of each outer wall (110) and inner temperature sensors (150, 152, 154, 156) installed on an inner side of the outer wall (110); and a control unit (300) which controls the heating unit (220) by comparing the outer temperature based on the outer temperature sensors (140, 142, 144, 146) and the inner temperature based on the inner temperature sensors (150, 152, 154, 156). The present invention aims to provide the slip form having the partial heating unit, the concrete placement system using the same, and the concrete placing method using the same, which can minimize the difference in temperature between parts.
본 발명은 부분 가열부를 갖는 슬립폼, 이를 이용한 콘크리트 타설 시스템 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 타설방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 일면이 콘크리트에 접하는 슬립폼; 및 슬립폼의 하단에 길이방향으로 구비되어, 상기 콘크리트를 부분적으로 가열하는 가열부(220);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부분 가열부를 갖는 슬립폼이 제공된다. 그리고, 복수의 외벽(110)을 갖는 콘크리트의 각 외벽(110)마다 설치되는, 부분 가열부(220)를 갖는 슬립폼(200); 각 외벽(110)마다 외측에 설치되는 외측온도센서들(140, 142, 144, 146) 및 외벽(110)의 내측에 설치되는 내측온도센서들(150, 152, 154, 156); 및 외측온도센서들(140, 142, 144, 146)에 기초한 외측온도와 상기 내측온도센서들(150, 152, 154, 156)에 기초한 내측온도를 비교하여 가열부(220)를 제어하는 제어부(300);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부분 가열부를 갖는 슬립폼을 이용한 콘크리트 타설 시스템이 제공된다.
