The present invention relates to a freeze delay and blocking structure of a nonfreezing hydrant, which is able to include a water supply pipe connected to a water pipe underground, delay the conduction of the cold air outside in the winter season into the inside through a water outlet which is a point of the water faucet exposed to the outside or to convert the temperature into a room temperature, and prevent the damage due to freezing or rupture. In the nonfreezing hydrant (B), a connection pipe (510) connected to a water outlet (P) is provided between the water supply pipe (100) and the water outlet (P) as a cold air delay means (C) which is able to block and delay the cold air, so that the cold air turns into warm air by an insulator (H). As such, the present invention has merits to simplify an assembly structure and delay and block the conduction of the cold air by the cold air delay means, to be conveniently installed and assembled, to delay the conduction of the cold air by the connection pipe of the cold air delay means when the external cold air is conducted into the water supply valve or the water supply pipe through the water faucet placed on the water outlet, to convert the temperature of the cold air into the room temperature by the insulator in the nonfreezing hydrant, to prevent freezing or rupture of water in the winter even without an additional heat source, and to be convenient for use.
본 발명은 지중의 수도관과 연결되는 급수배관을 구비한 부동급수전에는 외부로 노출되는 수도꼭지지점인 용수배출구를 통해 동절기 외부 냉기가 내부로 전도를 지연 또는 상온으로 온도로 변환시켜서 결빙 및 동파에 의한 파손을 방지할 수 있도록 한다. 부동급수전(B)에 있어서, 상기 급수배관(100)과 용수배출구(P) 사이에는 냉기차단 및 지연할 수 있는 냉기지연수단(C)으로 용수배출구(P)로 통하는 연결관(510)이 단열재(H)에 의해서 냉기가 온기로 바뀌도록 구비한다. 이와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 냉기지연수단에 의해 조립 구조를 단순화시키면서도 냉기전도를 지연 및 차단 시킬 수 있는 이점이 있고, 또 설치와 조립이 간편하며, 외부 냉기가 용수배출구에 구비된 수도꼭지를 통해 급수밸브 또는 급수배관 내부로 전도될 때 냉기지연수단의 연결관에 의해 냉기 전도가 지연되면서 부동급수전의 내부 단열재에 냉기의 자체 온도가 단열재에 의해 상온으로 변환되도록 구비하여 별도의 열원이 필요없이도 동절기 수돗물의 동파 및 결빙 없이 사용이 편리한 이점이 있다.
