The present invention relates to a prefabricated formwork for a non-disassembled beam structure. According to the present invention, the prefabricated formwork for the non-disassembled beam structure comprises: a framework member (110) directly coming in contact with concrete, having concrete placed inside to be hardened; a plurality of stirrups placed in the framework member (110) at regular intervals for reinforcing against the destruction by a shear force and for preventing cracks; and main root supporters (140) respectively placed on both ends on an upper side and a lower side of the stirrups (130) for firmly supporting a main root (150) placed for tension. As such, the present invention is able to provide the formwork for the beams and the floor, which have been installed by processing wood and iron on the site, by precisely processing and manufacturing the formwork in a factory based on the drawings to be applied on the site, to be lightweight, even, and environmentally friendly, to reduce the installation time, and to have a structural rigidity and stability as the standard. Accordingly, the present invention is able to greatly improve the quality and reliability of the formwork, to meet various needs for workers who are the users, and to give a good image.
본 발명은 무해체 보 구조용 조립식 거푸집에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 이를 위해 콘크리트에 직접 접하면서 내부에 콘크리트가 타설되어 굳어지도록 한 형틀부재(110); 형틀부재(110)의 내부에 일정 간격으로 복수개가 구비되며, 전단력에 의한 파괴에 대한 보강 역할과 균열을 방지하는 스트럽(130); 및 스트럽(130)의 상,하 양단에 각각 구비되며, 장력에 대하여 배치된 주근(150)을 견고히 받쳐주는 주근받침대(140);가 포함된다. 상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 종래 현장에서 목재나 철재를 가공하여 설치하고 있던 보와 바닥을 본 발명은 도면을 기준으로 공장에서 거푸집을 정밀하게 가공 제작하여 현장에 적용할 수 있는 경량이면서 균일하고 친환경적이며 설치시간 단축 및 구조적 강성과 안정성을 기준으로 한 거푸집을 제공하는 것이고, 이로 인해 거푸집의 품질과 신뢰성을 대폭 향상시키므로 사용자인 작업자들의 다양한 욕구(니즈)를 충족시켜 좋은 이미지를 심어줄 수 있도록 한 것이다.
