The present invention relates to a wing locking device (100) capable of locking or unlocking a pair of wings (13) combined with a deck (50) to be rotatable in a vertical direction. A plurality of locking plates (16) having a ring insertion groove (16a) formed in a vertical direction are provided in a lower part of the wings (13). The wing locking device includes: a pneumatic cylinder (110) fixed in the deck (50); a lifting rod (120) combined with the pneumatic cylinder (110) to be adjusted in length; a cam (130) combined with the deck (50) by a cam shaft (140) to be rotatable, and having a combination ring (131) extended outwards in a U-shape to be inserted into the ring insertion groove (16a) to press the locking plates (16) in a closing direction when the wings (13) are closed; and a connecting link (150) connecting the lifting rod (120) with the cam (130), and converting a length change of the lifting rod (120) into the rotation of the cam (130) to enable the wings (13) to be inserted into the ring insertion groove (16a) to lock the wings (13) or enable the wings (13) to be withdrawn from the ring insertion groove (16a) to unlock the wings (13). Therefore, the present invention is capable of omitting an inconvenient procedure for locking or unlocking wings.
본 발명은 데크(50)에 상방향으로 회동가능하게 결합된 한 쌍의 윙(13)을 잠금 또는 잠금해제하는 윙 잠금장치(100)에 관한 것으로서, 상기 윙(13)의 하부에는 수직방향으로 고리삽입홈(16a)이 형성된 복수개의 잠금판(16)이 구비되고, 상기 데크(50)의 내부에 고정되는 공압실린더(110)와; 상기 공압실린더(110)에 결합되어 길이가 조절되는 승강로드(120)와; 상기 데크(50)에 캠축(140)에 의해 회동가능하게 결합되며, 외부를 향해 “U”자 형상으로 연장형성되어 상기 윙(13)이 닫혔을 때 상기 고리삽입홈(16a)에 끼워져 상기 잠금판(16)을 닫히는 방향으로 가압하는 결합고리(131)가 형성된 캠(130)과; 상기 승강로드(120)와 상기 캠(130)을 연결하며, 상기 승강로드(120)의 길이변화를 상기 캠(130)의 회동운동으로 변환하여 상기 결합고리(131)가 상기 고리삽입홈(16a)에 끼워져 상기 윙(13)을 잠금하거나 상기 결합고리(131)가 상기 고리삽입홈(16a)으로부터 빠져나와 상기 윙(13)을 잠금해제하게 하는 커넥팅링크(150)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a wing locking device (100) capable of locking or unlocking a pair of wings (13) combined with a deck (50) to be rotatable in a vertical direction.
