APPARATUS FOR REMOVING DUST IN ROAD MILLING MACHINE
The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing dust in a road milling machine. The road milling machine comprises: a mainframe; caterpillar wheels placed on a lower side of the mainframe in a forward/backward direction at regular intervals; a milling drum placed on a lower side of the mainframe to be placed between the caterpillar wheels and to crush the road surface; a milling drum housing which prevents the crushed fractions generated by the milling drum from escaping to the outside; a first conveyor unit which transfers the crushed fractions generated by the milling drum to the outside; and a second conveyor unit which receives the crushed fractions transferred by the first conveyor unit and transfers the crushed fractions to be loaded on a transport vehicle. The apparatus for removing dust in the road milling machine comprises: a water tank placed in the mainframe to store water; a spray unit placed on a part where the crushed fractions of the second conveyor unit fall to spray water onto the crushed fractions; a water supply pipe connecting the water tank to the spray unit to supply the water in the water tank to the spray unit; and a high-pressure pump which pumps up the water in the water tank to be sprayed to the spray unit through the water supply pipe. According to the present invention, the apparatus for removing dust in the road milling machine is able to reduce the dust generated while repaving a road with asphalt.
본 발명은 노면절삭기의 먼지제거장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 본체와, 상기 본체의 하부에 전,후 방향으로 간격을 두고 위치하는 무한궤도바퀴들과, 상기 무한궤도바퀴들 사이에 위치하도록 상기 본체의 하부에 구비되어 노면을 파쇄하는 밀링드럼과, 상기 밀링드럼에 의해 파쇄되는 파쇄물이 외부로 튀어나가는 것을 방지하는 밀링드럼하우징과, 상기 밀링드럼에 의해 파쇄되는 파쇄물을 외부로 이송시키는 제1 컨베이어유닛과, 상기 제1 컨베이어유닛에 의해 이송되는 파쇄물을 전달받아 운송차량으로 적재되도록 이송시키는 제2 컨베이어유닛을 포함하는 노면절삭기에 있어서, 상기 본체의 내부에 구비되어 물이 저장되는 물탱크; 상기 제2 컨베이어유닛의 파쇄물이 낙하는 부분에 구비되어 파쇄물에 물을 분사시키는 분사유닛; 상기 물탱크와 분사유닛을 연결하여 물탱크의 물을 분사유닛으로 공급하는 물공급관; 및 상기 물탱크의 물이 물공급관을 통해 분사유닛으로 분사되도록 물탱크의 물을 펌핑하는 고압펌프를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 아스팔트포장도로의 재포장시 발생되는 먼지를 저감시킨다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing dust in a road milling machine. The road milling machine comprises: a mainframe; caterpillar wheels placed on a lower side of the mainframe in a forward/backward direction at regular intervals; a milling drum placed on a lower side of the mainframe to be placed between the caterpillar wheels and to crush the road surface; a milling drum housing which prevents the crushed fractions generated by the milling drum from escaping to the outside; a first conveyor unit which transfers the crushed fractions generated by the milling drum to the outside; and a second conveyor unit which receives the crushed fractions transferred by the first conveyor unit and transfers the crushed fractions to be loaded on a transport vehicle.
