FIREPROOF SHUTTER THAT OPENS AND CLOSES WITHOUT POWER
A fireproof shutter according to the present invention of a non-powered method comprises: a shutter; a shutter track disposed in a horizontal direction and guiding both ends of the shutter in a width direction; a coil box in which a winding shaft for winding the shutter is installed to store the shutter in the form of a coil; a winding motor for rotationally driving the winding shaft; and a weight connected to the shutter so that the shutter stored in the coil box is deployed along the shutter track, thereby capable of significantly reducing initial investment cost and maintenance cost, and securing the reliability of a fire blocking function by preventing malfunction of the fire shutter that may occur when the power is lost due to the loss of emergency power, etc.
무동력 방식의 본 발명에 따른 방화 셔터는 셔터, 수평 방향으로 배치되고 상기 셔터의 폭 방향의 양 단부를 가이드하는 셔터트랙, 상기 셔터를 권취하는 권취축이 설치되어 상기 셔터를 코일 형태로 보관하는 코일박스, 상기 권취축을 회전 구동시키는 권취모터 및 상기 셔터에 연결되어 상기 코일박스에 보관된 상기 셔터가 상기 셔터트랙을 따라 전개되도록 하는 무게추를 포함하므로, 초기 설비투자비용 및 유지비용을 현저하게 절감할 수 있으며, 비상전원의 손실 등에 따른 동력 상실시 발생될 수 있는 방화 셔터의 오작동을 미연에 방지하여 화재 차단 기능의 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있다.
