A portable traffic control device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a speed bump mechanism in which a plurality of speed bump blocks are rotatably connected to each other in a line and rolled in a roll shape or folded in an overlapping shape to be carried; and a light emitting unit provided on the speed bump mechanism and emitting light to improve visibility of the speed bump mechanism during traffic control.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 휴대용 교통 통제 장치는, 복수개의 과속 방지턱 블록이 서로 회전 가능하게 일렬로 연결되고 롤 형상으로 말거나 겹침 형상으로 접어서 휴대하도록 마련된 과속 방지턱 기구, 및 상기 과속 방지턱 기구에 마련되고 교통 통제시 상기 과속 방지턱 기구의 시인성을 향상시키기 위한 빛을 발광하는 발광 유닛을 포함한다.
