Fire resistant composite panel
The present invention relates to a panel that can be used for indoor and outdoor floors or walls in offshore plants or ships. More particularly, the present invention is to provide a fire-resistant composite panel with improved strength, lightweightness, thermal insulation and fire resistance performance while meeting the standards for use in marine environments. To this end, the present invention comprises: a metal plate; prepreg which is laminated on the metal plate, and is formed by impregnating a synthetic resin mixed with a phenol resin and an additive into a glass fiber substrate; and an insulating material laminated on the prepreg.
본 발명은 해양플랜트 또는 선박에서 실내외 바닥이나 벽체의 용도로 사용이 가능한 패널로써, 해양 환경의 사용기준을 충족하며 강도, 경량화, 단열 및 내화 성능이 향상된 내화 복합패널을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 금속플레이트; 상기 금속플레이트에 적층되는 것으로, 페놀수지와 첨가제가 혼합된 합성수지를 유리섬유 기재에 함침시켜 형성되는 프리프레그; 및, 상기 프리프레그에 적층되는 단열재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a panel that can be used for indoor and outdoor floors or walls in offshore plants or ships. 본 발명은 해양플랜트 또는 선박에서 실내외 바닥이나 벽체의 용도로 사용이 가능한 패널로써, 해양 환경의 사용기준을 충족하며 강도, 경량화, 단열 및 내화 성능이 향상된 내화 복합패널을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 금속플레이트; 상기 금속플레이트에 적층되는 것으로, 페놀수지와 첨가제가 혼합된 합성수지를 유리섬유 기재에 함침시켜 형성되는 프리프레그; 및, 상기 프리프레그에 적층되는 단열재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
