ECO-FRIENDLY ELASTIC PAVING MATERIAL MANUFACTURING AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF ELASTIC PAVEMENT FLOOR USING THE SAME
The present invention is to propose a functional elastic packaging material having a harmful bacteria removal function and a sulfur oxide removal function, and a construction method of an elastic pavement floor using the elastic packaging material. According to the present invention, the elastic packaging material comprises: an elastic packaging base material composed of a material containing at least one of rubber chips and urethane; and a coating material composed of a material containing a thickener and a photocatalyst. The thickener is formed by mixing water, mecellose, and quicklime, and the photocatalyst is formed of at least one of titanium dioxide and anatase phase tungsten trioxide.
본 발명에서 제안하는 탄성 포장재는, 고무칩과 우레탄 중 적어도 하나를 함유하는 재료로 조성되는 탄성 포장 베이스재; 및 증점액과 광촉매를 함유하는 재료로 조성되는 코팅재를 포함하고, 상기 증점액은 물, 메셀로스, 그리고 생석회를 혼합하여 형성되며, 상기 광촉매는 아나타제 상의 이산화티탄과 텅스텐 트리옥사이드 중 적어도 하나로 형성된다.
