본 발명은 베이스 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 표면 개질된 현무암 석분 50 내지 200 중량부, 차열입자 5 내지 30 중량부, 안료 1 내지 15 중량부, 증점제 1 내지 15 중량부 및 골재 50 내지 200 중량부를 포함하는 미끄럼방지 차열포장재, 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
