Combination structure for wood floor deck by coupling of base rail frame of wood floor deck
Provided is a wooden floor deck coupling structure by recess coupling of a wooden floor deck base rail frame, which is to prevent exposure due to screw coupling and to very efficiently construct a structure while constructing a stable coupling structure of a floor deck by coupling a floor plate in a floor deck of wood in a press-fitting manner. The wooden floor deck coupling structure by recess coupling of a wooden floor deck base rail frame of the present invention comprises: a fixed beam fixedly installed by having one surface in contact with the ground; a base rail frame fixedly installed on an upper part of the fixed beam, and having a pair of left and right coupling recesses protruding to have an inlet groove on an upper part thereof; a floor plate provided at an upper side of the base rail frame, and forming a floor surface arranged in parallel with a longitudinal direction of the base rail frame to enable pedestrians to directly walk; and a coupling end unit fixedly installed on a lower part of the floor plate, positioned to correspond to the coupling recesses of the base rail frame, and protruding to be press-fitted into the inlet groove of the coupling recesses.
본 발명은 목재의 바닥데크에서 바닥판을 억지 끼움에 의해 결합하여 바닥데크의 안정적인 결합구조를 구축하는 동시에 나사결합에 따른 노출을 방지하고 구조물을 매우 효율적으로 시공함을 제공하도록, 지면에 일면이 접촉하여 고정 설치되는 고정빔과; 상기 고정빔의 상부에 고정 설치되고 상부에 유입홈을 구비토록 돌출형성된 좌우 한 쌍의 결합요부를 구비하는 베이스 레일 프레임과; 상기 베이스 레일 프레임의 상측에 구비하되 상기 베이스 레일 프레임의 길이방향으로 나란히 배치되어 보행자들이 직접 보행가능한 바닥면을 형성하는 바닥판과; 상기 바닥판의 하부에 고정 설치되되 상기 베이스 레일 프레임의 결합요부에 대응하여 위치하고, 상기 결합요부의 유입홈을 향해 억지 끼움가능하게 돌출형성되는 결합단부;를 포함하는 목재바닥테크 베이스 레일 프레임 요부결합에 의한 목재바닥데크 결합구조를 제공한다.
