METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A COMPLEX LIGHT WOOD POLE USING DOMESTICALLY PRODUCED OAK TREE
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a complex light wood pole using a domestically produced oak tree. According to the present invention, utilization as a high value-added product can be significantly enhanced with respect to a domestically produced oak tree, an oak tree thinning-out tree in particular, and oak tree fission and warping can be easily prevented during drying for stable product manufacturing. The manufacturing method includes a raw wood cut lumber preparation step (S10) of preparing raw wood cut lumber by sawing oak, a heating plate installation step of stacking the raw wood cut lumber and a heating plate on a cart to form a laminated lumber (S20), a drying chamber sealing step (S30) of putting the cart into the drying chamber and sealing the drying chamber, a vacuum forming step (S40) of forming a vacuum inside the drying chamber, a vacuum pressurizing step (S50) of pressing the laminated lumber with the pressing plate by forming the vacuum, a raw wood drying step (S60) of circulating hot water through the heating plate to dry the raw wood cut lumber and form a dried wood block wood, a pressing pressure control step (S70) of adjusting the pressing force by the pressing plate inside the drying chamber during drying of the raw wood cut lumber, a room temperature cooling step (S80) of cooling the dried wood block material, a high heat treatment step (S90) of treating the dried square material with high heat, a wood beam forming step of processing and bonding the two dried square materials to form a wood beam (S100), and an outer surface processing step (S110) of processing the outer surface of the wooden lamp pole into a cylindrical shape to complete the street lamp pole.
본 발명은 국산 참나무, 특히 참나무 간벌목에 대한 부가가치 높은 제품으로의 활용도가 현저히 높아지도록 하면서 건조중 참나무의 할열 및 뒤틀림이 원활히 방지되어 제품이 안정적으로 제조되도록 하는 국산 참나무를 이용한 복합가로등주 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 제조 방법은 참나무를 제재하여 생목 각재를 준비하는 생목 각재 준비 단계(S10)와, 대차에 상기 생목 각재와 가열판을 적층시켜 적층목재를 형성하는 가열판 설치 단계(S20)와, 상기 대차를 상기 건조챔버에 투입하고 상기 건조챔버를 밀폐시키는 건조챔버 밀폐 단계(S30)와, 상기 건조챔버의 내부에 진공을 형성하는 진공 형성 단계(S40)와, 상기 진공의 형성에 의해 상기 가압판으로 상기 적층목재를 가압하는 진공 가압 단계(S50)와, 상기 가열판에 온수를 순환시켜 상기 생목 각재를 건조시켜 건조 각재를 형성하는 생목 건조 단계(S60)와, 상기 생목 각재의 건조 중에 상기 건조챔버의 내부에 상기 가압판에 의한 가압력을 조절하는 가압력 조절 단계(S70)와, 상기 건조 각재를 냉각시키는 상온 냉각 단계(S80)와, 상기 건조 각재를 고열로 처리하는 각재 고열처리 단계(S90)와, 두 개의 상기 건조 각재를 가공하고 접착시켜 목재등주를 형성하는 목재등주 형성 단계(S100)와, 상기 목재등주의 외면을 원통형으로 가공하여 가로등주를 완성하는 외면 가공 단계(S110)를 포함한다.
