1 Frame for Single-Stage Vinyl Greenhouse
The present invention relates to a frame for a single-stage vinyl greenhouse. According to the present invention, a vertical frame for a tunnel- or roof-type vinyl greenhouse is formed in a section steel shape and connected with a bolt or a circular or angular pipe to be fixed by pre-nut coupling or the like, and thus the strength of the vertical frame can be maintained even in heavy snowfall, heavy rainfall, and wind, the durability can be improved, front and back vinyl finishing of the greenhouse can be facilitated, entrance door installation can be facilitated, workability can be improved, and many functional components such as a sprinkler and an awning in the vinyl greenhouse can be installed with ease. The present invention includes: a fixing portion having a circular pipe, a circular plate, or a semicircular pipe fixed by surface contact of vinyl; and a support portion where a vertical support piece is formed inside the fixing portion and an installation plate perpendicular to the support piece is formed at the inside end of the support piece.
본 발명은 1단 비닐 온실 하우스용 프레임에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 터널형이나 지붕형 비닐하우스용 세로프레임을 형강 형상으로 형성하고 전산볼트나 원형 또는 각파이프 등으로 연결하여 프리너트 등의 결합으로 고정함으로써 세로프레임을 폭설이나 폭우 및 바람에도 강도를 유지할 수 있어 내구성을 향상시키고 비닐하우스의 앞뒤 비닐마감을 쉽게 할 수 있고 출입문의 설치도 용이하게 하여 비닐하우스의 시공성을 향상시킴은 물론 비닐하우스 내부에 설치되는 스프링쿨러나 차양막 등 많은 기능성 부품의 추가 설치가 용이한 1단 비닐 온실 하우스용 프레임에 관한 것이다. 상기의 본 발명은 비닐이 면접촉하여 고정되는 원형파이프 또는 원호판 또는 반원파이프로 형성되는 고정부와, 상기 고정부의 내측으로 지지편을 수직으로 형성하고 지지편 내측 단부에는 설치판을 지지편에서 수직되도록 형성한 지지부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
