SHEAR REINFORCEMENT BRIDGE SUPPORTING APPARATUS WITH EASY MAINTENANCE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a shear-reinforcing bridge bearing with easy maintenance and repair. According to the present invention, the shear-reinforcing bridge bearing with easy maintenance and repair including an upper plate, a lower plate, and a middle support member installed between the upper plate and the lower plate to accommodate displacement of the upper plate while supporting the upper plate to be installed between a superstructure and a substructure of a bridge comprises: a support anchor socket; an outer anchor socket; an inner anchor socket; and an anchor bolt inserted through a fastening hole of the lower plate from above the lower plate to lift the inner anchor socket to insert the upper end of the inner anchor socket into the fastening hole of the lower plate by bolt fastening with the inner anchor socket. The shear-reinforcing bridge bearing further comprises a rotation prevention pin which restricts the inner anchor socket to prevent the inner anchor socket from rotating. Therefore, the lower plate can be easily separated from the substructure to facilitate maintenance and repair and minimize the problem where the fastening portion between the substructure and the lower plate is easily broken by a shear load acting when a repeated live load and an earthquake occur while in use.
본 발명은 유지보수가 용이한 전단 보강형 교량받침에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 유지보수가 용이한 전단 보강형 교량받침은 상부 플레이트 및 하부 플레이트, 상부 플레이트와 하부 플레이트 사이에 설치되어 상부 플레이트를 지지하면서 상부 플레이트의 변위를 수용하는 중간 지지부재를 포함하여 교량의 상부구조물과 하부구조물 사이에 설치되고, 지지앵커소켓; 외부앵커소켓; 내부앵커소켓; 및 하부 플레이트의 상측에서 하부 플레이트의 체결공을 통해 삽입되어 내부앵커소켓과의 볼트체결에 의해 내부앵커소켓의 상단부가 하부 플레이트의 체결공에 인입되도록 상승시켜주는 앵커볼트;를 포함하고, 내부앵커소켓이 회전하지 않도록 구속하는 회전방지핀;을 더 포함한다. 따라서, 하부구조물에 대하여 하부 플레이트를 분리하기 쉬워 유지보수가 용이하면서도 사용 중 반복적인 활하중 및 지진 발생시 작용하는 전단하중에 의해 하부구조물과 하부 플레이트 간 체결부위가 쉽게 파단되는 문제를 최소화할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a shear-reinforcing bridge bearing with easy maintenance and repair. According to the present invention, the shear-reinforcing bridge bearing with easy maintenance and repair including an upper plate, a lower plate, and a middle support member installed between the upper plate and the lower plate to accommodate displacement of the upper plate while supporting the upper plate to be installed between a superstructure and a substructure of a bridge comprises: a support anchor socket; an outer anchor socket; an inner anchor socket; and an anchor bolt inserted through a fastening hole of the lower plate from above the lower plate to lift the inner anchor socket to insert the upper end of the inner anchor socket into the fastening hole of the lower plate by bolt fastening with the inner anchor socket. 본 발명은 유지보수가 용이한 전단 보강형 교량받침에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 유지보수가 용이한 전단 보강형 교량받침은 상부 플레이트 및 하부 플레이트, 상부 플레이트와 하부 플레이트 사이에 설치되어 상부 플레이트를 지지하면서 상부 플레이트의 변위를 수용하는 중간 지지부재를 포함하여 교량의 상부구조물과 하부구조물 사이에 설치되고, 지지앵커소켓; 외부앵커소켓; 내부앵커소켓; 및 하부 플레이트의 상측에서 하부 플레이트의 체결공을 통해 삽입되어 내부앵커소켓과의 볼트체결에 의해 내부앵커소켓의 상단부가 하부 플레이트의 체결공에 인입되도록 상승시켜주는 앵커볼트;를 포함하고, 내부앵커소켓이 회전하지 않도록 구속하는 회전방지핀;을 더 포함한다. 따라서, 하부구조물에 대하여 하부 플레이트를 분리하기 쉬워 유지보수가 용이하면서도 사용 중 반복적인 활하중 및 지진 발생시 작용하는 전단하중에 의해 하부구조물과 하부 플레이트 간 체결부위가 쉽게 파단되는 문제를 최소화할 수 있다.
