POLYIMIDE FILM FOR GRAPHITE SHEET PREPARING METHOD THEREOF AND GRAPHITE SHEET PREPARED THEREFROM
Disclosed are a polyimide film for a graphite sheet, a manufacturing method thereof, and the graphite sheet prepared therefrom, wherein the polyimide film is produced by imidizing a polyamic acid formed by a reaction of a dianhydride monomer and a diamine monomer, and the reaction is carried out by including metal compound particles having an average particle size (D^50) of 1 to 6 μm. Accordingly, the thermal conductivity is excellent, and a manufacturing cost can be reduced.
이무수물 단량체와 디아민 단량체의 반응에 의해 형성된 폴리아믹산을 이미드화하여 제조되는 폴리이미드 필름이며, 상기 반응은 평균 입자 크기(D50)가 1 내지 6 ㎛인 금속 화합물 입자를 포함하여 수행되는, 그라파이트 시트용 폴리이미드 필름, 이의 제조방법, 및 이로부터 제조된 그라파이트 시트가 개시된다.
