FIRE PREVENTION PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A flame-retardant panel of an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base; a first Low Pressure Melamine laminate sheet (LPM) adhered to an upper surface of the base; a second LPM adhered to the lower surface of the base; and a UV flame retardant primer coated on the first LPM and containing a flame retardant, wherein the UV flame retardant primer consists of 50 to 60 parts by weight of a UV oligomer, 10 to 20 parts by weight of a UV monomer, 1 to 3 parts by weight of a photoinitiator, and 10 to 20 parts by weight of a flame retardant.
본 실시예의 방염 패널은, 베이스부와, 상기 베이스부 상면에 접착된 제 1 LPM(Low Pressure Melamine laminate sheet)과, 상기 베이스부 하면에 접착된 제 2 LPM과, 상기 제 1 LPM 상에 코팅되며 방염제가 함유된 UV 방염 프라이머를 포함하고, 상기 UV 방염 프라이머는 50~60중량부의 UV 올리고머와, 10~20중량부 UV 모노머와 1~3중량부의 광개시제 및 10~20중량부의 방염제로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
