Disclosed are a marine park using an offshore wind power generator and an operating system thereof. The marine park using an offshore wind power generator according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an offshore wind power generation district including a plurality of wind turbines arranged on the sea, and an offshore substation changing electricity generated by the wind turbines; a marine resource production district which includes a hanging-type cultivation farm providing the cultivation function and the safety fence function after being arranged along the edge of the outer shell portion of the offshore wind power generation district to produce marine resources at the ocean floor at which the offshore wind power generation district is disposed; and a marine leisure composite theme park at which a leisure structure arranged at overwater and underwater spaces between the wind turbines provided at the offshore wind power generation district is constructed. Therefore, provided in the present invention are a marine park using an offshore wind power generator and an operating system thereof, wherein a cultivation farm providing the safety fence function is constructed at the edge area at which the offshore wind power generation facility is constructed, and an industry fusion facility can be constructed so as to utilize underwater spaces within the offshore wind power district as a theme park to generate additional revenue and increase social acceptance.
해상풍력발전기를 이용한 해상공원 및 운용시스템이 제시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 해상풍력발전기를 이용한 해상공원은, 해상에 복수 개가 배치되는 풍력터빈과, 상기 풍력터빈에서 생산된 전력을 변전하는 해상변전소를 포함하는 해상풍력발전단지; 상기 해상풍력발전단지가 마련되는 해저에 해양자원을 생산하기 위해 상기 해상풍력발전단지 외각부의 테두리를 따라 배치되어, 양식 및 안전펜스의 기능을 구현하는 수하식 양식장을 포함하는 해양자원생산단지; 및 상기 해상풍력발전단지에 구비되는 풍력터빈들의 사이의 수상 및 수중공간에 배치되는 레저구조물이 구축되는 해양레저복합테마공원;을 포함하는 것을 구성의 요지로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 해상 풍력발전설비가 구축되는 테두리 영역에 안전펜스 기능을 구현하는 양식장을 구축하여, 부가수익을 창출하고 사회수용성 증대를 위한 해상 풍력단지 내 수중공간을 테마 공원으로 활용할 수 있는 산업 융합설비의 구축 가능한 구성을 포함하는 해상풍력발전기를 이용한 해상공원 및 운용시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
