Thermochromic cement composites and method of producing thermochromic cement composites
The present invention provides a thermochromic cement composite material and a manufacturing method of the thermochromic cement composite material for manufacturing the same. The thermochromic cement composite material comprises: a cement-based paste material; and a thermochromic material whose color is changed according to a temperature. Therefore, using a phenomenon that a thermochromic material mixed in a cement-based paste material is discolored at a specific high temperature, it is possible to easily check whether a concrete structure made of thermochromic cement is exposed to a specific temperature and a damaged portion of the structure damaged by exposure to the specific temperature.
본 발명은 시멘트 기반의 페이스트 재료; 및 온도에 따라 변색되는 변색물질을 포함하는 변색 시멘트 복합재료 및 이를 제조하기 위한 변색 시멘트 복합재료의 제조방법을 제공한다. 따라서, 시멘트 기반의 페이스트 재료에 혼합된 변색물질이 특정 고온에서 변색되는 현상을 이용하여 변색 시멘트로 제조된 콘크리트 구조물이 특정 온도에 노출되었는지 여부 및 특정 온도에 노출되어 손상된 구조물의 손상 부위를 간편하게 확인할 수 있다.
