Crosswalk moving walk for the minority to promote walking convenience
The present invention relates to increasing welfare of social minorities and, more specifically, to walking convenience and safety guarantee of social minorities, in which a moving walkway and an automatic opening/closing device are installed beside a crosswalk so that the social minorities, such as elderly, weak, and disabled persons, can cross the crosswalk safely and quickly. To achieve this, a crosswalk moving walkway comprises: an automatic opening/closing device moving down at the time of a pedestrian signal and moving up when the pedestrian signal is over or moving up when it is difficult to cross a crosswalk by using the present invention (lack of time limit at the time of pedestrian signal, etc.); a moving walkway helping social minorities to cross quickly and safely at the time of a pedestrian signal; a piezoelectric sensor detecting the presence of a pedestrian for safe crossing when the pedestrian is crossing before a shutter is raised but when the pedestrian is crossing through the present invention; and a vehicle detection camera detecting the number of waiting vehicles at a pedestrian signal. Accordingly, provided are effects of helping the social minorities, such as elderly, weak, and disabled persons, to cross a crosswalk safely, reducing accidents such as collisions with vehicles, and promoting efficient traffic circulation and the welfare of the people.
본 발명은 사회적 약자들의 복지 증진에 관한 것으로 상세하게는 횡단보도 옆에 무빙워크와 자동개폐기를 설치함으로 써 사회적 약자들의 보행 편리와 안전 보장에 관한 것으로 노약자. 장애인 분들과 같은 사회적 약자들 분들의 안전하고 신속한 횡단보도 횡단을 목적으로 가지고 있다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 보행자 신호 시에 내려가고 보행자 신호가 끝나거나 본 발명품을 이용하여 횡단을 하기 힘든 경우(보행자 신호 시 제한 시간 부족 등) 올라오는 자동개폐기, 보행자 신호 시에 사회적 약자 분들이 신속하고 안전하게 횡단을 할 수 있도록 도움을 주는 무빙워크, 셔터가 올라오기 전이지만 본 발명품을 통해 보행자가 횡단을 하고 있을 경우 단, 보행자 신호의 제한 시간이 촉박한 경우에 횡단을 하고 있을 경우 보다 안전한 횡단을 위해 보행자가 있음을 감지하는 압전센서, 보행자 신호 시 대기 중인 차의 정도를 파악하는 차량 감지 카메라로 구성되며 본 발명에 따르면 노약자와 장애인과 같은 사회적 약자 분들의 보다 안전한 횡단을 도울 수 있으며 차량과의 충돌 등 안전사고를 줄일 수 있으며 원활한 교통 순환과 국민들의 복지를 증진할 수 있는 효과를 가지고 있다.
