According to the present invention, in regard to a rainwater underground retention/permeation apparatus comprising at least two rainwater storage tank formation side plates for forming a rainwater storage tank having a cylindrical or polygonal enclosure shape for forming a rainwater storage space, and a cover part covering an upper part of the rainwater storage tank formation side plates to collect and store rainwater in the rainwater storage tank, the rainwater storage tank formation side plates comprise a support plate having a plurality of through holes, and a geotextile mat having the same area as the support plate and coupled tightly with an outer side of the support plate by a coupler, wherein the geotextile mat is filled with a plurality of water storage chips. The present invention can bring about effects of preventing a heat island through a reduction in the temperature of a city by collecting rainwater from a roof, a sidewalk, a road, and a stratum and accumulating the same in the ground in a rainy season, and then slowly discharging the rainwater to the ground in a dry season on its own without using power or machines; preventing the exhaustion of underground water; and causing a vegetation improvement through the reuse of the rainwater.
본 발명은 우수저장공간을 형성하기 위한 원통 또는 다각함체 형상을 갖는 우수저장통을 형성하기 위한 적어도 두개 이상의 우수저장통형성측면판과, 상기 우수저장통형성측면판 상부에 씌워져 우수를 모아서 우수저장통 내부에 저장하기 위한 덮개부로 이루어지는 빗물 지중 저류침투장치에 있어서, 상기 우수저장통형성측면판은 다수개의 통공을 구비하는 지지판과, 상기 지지판과 동일한 면적을 갖고 지지판의 바깥쪽 면에 체결구에 의해 밀착 결합되는 토목섬유매트로 이루어지되, 상기 토목섬유매트 내부에는 다수개의 물저장칩이 채워지도록 구성되는 빗물 지중 저류침투장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 우기에 지붕이나 보도, 차도, 지층으로 부터 빗물을 집수하여 지중에 모으고, 또 건기에는 빗물을 원 지반에 동력이나 기계장치를 이용하지 않고 스스로 천천히 방출하여 도심의 온도를 낮춰 열섬화를 방지하고, 지하수 고갈을 방지할 수 있으며, 빗물의 재활용으로 인한 식생개선 효과를 갖는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
