BLOCK TYPE PANEL FOR CONSTRUCT RETAINING WALL
The present invention relates to a block type panel for constructing a reinforced soil retaining wall, capable of reducing materials consumed for construction and shortening construction periods by having advantages of a panel and a block all around, and stably sustaining a retaining wall surface even when a reinforced soil body subsides after construction. The block type panel (100) for constructing a reinforced soil retaining wall has a front side (110) exposed to the outside, a rear side (120) adjacent to the reinforced soil body, and left and right lateral sides (130, 140) for combining blocks laterally adjacent to each other, wherein a pin hole (152) and an engaged hole (162) are formed on upper and lower sides (150, 160) respectively to be interlocked by a connection pin (P1). An arc-shaped reinforcement material inlet (170) connected to left and right sides to be opened to the rear side (120) is installed at an approximately middle height of the rear side (120), wherein the arc-shaped reinforcement material inlet (170) has inlets (172, 174) on both sides opened to the rear side (120) and located on approximately 1/4 and 3/4 spots of a position dividing the width of the rear side (120) into four sections such that one single reinforcement material (200) is connected one panel (100), and, a fixing pin insertion hole (154), into which a fixing pin (P3) for fixing a lifting pin (P2) is inserted when the lifting pin (P2) is inserted into the pin hole (152), is formed in a lower part of the pin hole (152).
본 발명은 패널과 블록의 장점을 두루 갖춤으로써 공기단축과 시공시 소요되는 자재의 절감 및 축조 후 보강토체의 침하시에도 안정적인 옹벽면을 유지할 수 있도록 한 보강토 옹벽 축조용 블록형 패널로, 외부로 노출되는 전면(110)과 보강토체에 접하는 배면(120) 및 좌우로 인접하는 블록 사이의 결합을 위한 좌·우의 측면(130,140)을 가지며, 상·하면(150,160)에는 연결핀(P1)에 의해 인터록킹 되도록 각각 핀 구멍(152) 및 걸림 구멍(162)이 형성된 보강토 옹벽 축조용 블록형 패널(100)로; 상기 배면(120)의 대략 중간 높이에는 좌우측으로 연통되어 배면(120)으로 개방된 원호형의 보강재 삽입구(170)가 설치되되, 상기 보강재 삽입구(170)는 배면(120)으로 개방된 양측의 입구(172,174)가 배면(120)의 폭을 4분할하는 위치의 대략 1/4과 3/4지점에 오도록 하여 하나의 보강재(200)가 하나의 패널(100)에 연결되도록 하며, 상기 핀 구멍(152)의 하부 측에는 핀 구멍(152)에 인양핀(P2)을 삽입한 경우 인양핀(P2)을 고정하기 위한 고정핀(P3)이 삽입되는 고정핀 삽입구멍(154)이 형성되어 있다.

The present invention relates to a block type panel for constructing a reinforced soil retaining wall, capable of reducing materials consumed for construction and shortening construction periods by having advantages of a panel and a block all around, and stably sustaining a retaining wall surface even when a reinforced soil body subsides after construction.
