A fixture having thermal insulation performance of the present invention is a fixture inserted to the inside of the insulating material provided on an outer wall of a building and coupled with an anchor bolt inserted and fixed to the outer wall of the building. The fixture includes a bottom part having a coupling hole to be coupled to the anchor bolt and come in close contact with the outer wall; a body part bent from the bottom part toward the insulating material so that one end thereof is inserted to the inside of the insulating material; and a head part extended from the body part and provided to face one surface of the insulating material, wherein the inside of the body part may be filled with an insulating material.
본 발명의 단열성능이 있는 고정구는 건축물의 외벽에 구비된 단열재의 내부에 삽입되고, 상기 건축물의 외벽에 삽입 고정되는 앵커볼트와 결합되는 고정구에 있어서, 상기 앵커볼트와 결합되어 상기 외벽에 밀착되도록 앵커볼트 결합홀이 구비된 바닥부와, 상기 바닥부에서 상기 단열재 방향으로 절곡되어 일단이 상기 단열재의 내부에 삽입되는 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부에서 연장되어 상기 단열재의 일면과 마주보도록 구비되는 머리부를 구비하고, 상기 몸체부의 내부에는 단열재가 충진될 수 있다.
