BUILDING FACILITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A building equipment management system includes: a building-integrated photovoltaic power generation facility including a photovoltaic panel installed around a window of the target internal space of a building and a storage facility in which electricity generated by the photovoltaic panel is stored; a variable visor which facilities installed on windows; and a main controller which adjusts a shading degree of the variable shading facility according to the amount of power generated per unit time of the photovoltaic panel in a preset daytime time zone. The present invention can adjust an internal temperature and/or internal illuminance of the target building by adjusting the degree of shading of the variable shading facility installed in a target building according to sunlight.
건물 설비 관리 시스템은 건물의 대상 내부 공간의 창문 주변에 설치되는 태양광 발전 패널 및 태양광 발전 패널에 의해 발전된 전기가 저장되는 저장 설비를 포함하는 건물 일체형 태양광 발전 설비, 창문 상에 설치된 가변식 차양 설비 및 기 설정된 주간 시간대에 태양광 발전 패널의 단위 시간 당 발전량에 따라 가변식 차양 설비의 차양 정도를 조절하는 메인 컨트롤러를 포함한다.
