HIDDEN RAIL TYPE WINDOW SYSTEM FOR PERFECTLY BLOCKING INFLOW OF ALIEN SUBSTANCE
The present invention relates to a rail-concealed window system having perfect foreign substance inflow blocking performance, capable of blocking the inflow of foreign substances by completely covering a groove when the groove is provided in a window to insert a slide roller (21) into a window frame (20) to embody the rail-concealed window system, while smoothening the sliding of the window. According to the present invention, the rail-concealed window system includes: a window frame (20) having a roller support part (22) formed in the bottom to support a roller (21); a sash (10) including a lower sash (11) having a through hole (13) formed in an upper part with a predetermined interval in a sliding direction of the window such that the roller support part (22) can pass therethrough, and a guide rail (12) formed therein such that the roller (21) can be placed thereon; and a through hole opening/closing means (30) performing an opening operation at a front end in a moving direction of the window and performing a locking operation at a rear end in the moving direction through sliders (33) installed on both sides of the through hole (13) of the sash (10) in a male/female structure to be provided at the front and rear ends in the sliding direction of the window respectively.
본 발명은, 레일 은폐식 창호시스템을 구현하기 위하여 창호에서 창문틀(20)로 슬라이드 롤러(21)가 삽입되기 위한 홈이 구비될 때 그 홈을 완전히 차폐하여 이물질의 유입을 차단하되, 창문의 슬라이드 이동은 원활히 이루어질 수 있는 완벽한 이물질 유입 차단 성능을 갖는 레일 은폐식 창호시스템에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 롤러(21)를 지지하는 롤러지지부(22)가 저면에 형성되는 창문틀(20)과, 상기 롤러지지부(22)가 통과하도록 창문의 슬라이드 방향을 따라 일정 간격을 갖는 통과공(13)이 상부에 형성되고 내부로는 상기 롤러(21)가 안착되는 가이드레일(12)이 형성되는 하부틀(11)을 포함하는 창틀(10)을 포함하는 레일 은폐식 창호시스템에 있어서, 상기 창틀(10)의 통과공(13) 양측에 암수 구조로 설치되어 상기 창문의 슬라이드 방향 선단 및 후단에 각각 마련된 슬라이더(33)에 의해 창문의 이동방향 선단에서는 개방 작동되고 이동방향 후단에는 잠금 작동되는 통과공 개폐수단(30)을 포함한다.
