The present invention relates to a girder structure for a lightweight sound insulation tunnel and a sound insulation tunnel having the same and, more specifically, to a girder structure for a lightweight sound insulation tunnel which is lightweight and inexpensive, improves driver visibility, enhances air permeability, and can reduce the wind resistance of a girder. The girder structure for a lightweight sound insulation tunnel comprises: posts vertically constructed on foundation concrete installed on both sides of a road and separated from each other in a longitudinal direction; an upper chord pipe provided on the upper end between the posts on both sides, and arranged in a lateral direction; a lower chord pipe separated downwards from the upper chord pipe by a specific distance to be provided between the posts on both sides; a shearing force reinforcing unit provided on both ends of the space between the upper chord pipe and the lower chord pipe; and a plurality of separation members installed between the upper chord pipe and the lower chord pipe, and arranged and separated from each other at specific intervals in the lateral direction. The separation members are installed such that the planar direction is parallel with the longitudinal direction.
