An apparatus for removing flying dust according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a spraying unit formed on one side of an excavator and including a first injector that directly irradiates the water supplied from a tank and a second injector that injects water in the form of water vapor; an ion implantation unit connected to the second injector to inject ions to charge the water; a first high voltage generator for generating an electric field by applying a voltage to the second injector; and a second high voltage generator connected to the ion implantation unit to apply a voltage, wherein the ions generated in the ion implantation unit may be moved by the electric field according to the voltage application of the second high voltage generator, thereby charging water to be sprayed from the second injector.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 비산먼지 제거장치는, 굴삭기의 일측에 형성되어 탱크부로부터 공급받은 물을 직사하는 제1 분사기 및 물을 수증기 형태로 분사하는 제2 분사기를 포함하는 분사부, 상기 제2 분사기와 연결되어 이온을 주입하여 상기 물을 하전시키는 이온주입부, 상기 제2 분사기에 전압을 인가하여 전기장을 발생시키는 제1 고전압발전기 및 상기 이온주입부와 연결되어 전압을 인가하는 제2 고전압발전기를 포함하고, 상기 제2 고전압발전기의 전압 인가에 따라 상기 이온주입부에서 생성되는 이온이 상기 전기장에 의해 이동하면서 상기 제2 분사기에서 분사될 물을 하전시킬 수 있다.
