The present invention relates to a shower filter device connected to a faucet and a shower head connection hose, and including a filter unit for filtering tap water supplied through a water supply pipe before the tap water is supplied to the shower head. The filter unit includes: a first prefilter made of a nonwoven fabric, and placed on the outermost layer; a second prefilter placed inside the first prefilter, and made of a nonwoven fabric; a positive charge filter placed inside the second prefilter, and provided to remove viruses and bacteria contained in tap water through an adsorption scheme using positive charges; and a carbon block filter placed inside the positive charge filter to form the innermost layer, and provided to remove residual chlorine contained in the tap water. The first and second prefilters are placed in a dual structure to remove foreign substances contained in the tap water, including rust debris, and perform clog prevention and lifespan extension functions for the positive charge filter. According to the present invention, since the positive charge filter having an adsorption scheme using positive charges is combined with the filter unit on the side of the shower filter while being manufactured as a triplex hybrid filter with two prefilters added thereto, an early clog on the positive charge filter can be prevented to extend the lifespan thereof, and maximum filtering efficiency and flowrate can be secured. Accordingly, a shower filter device with high performance can be provided.
본 발명은 수전 및 샤워기 연결호스에 연결 사용하기 위한 것으로서, 수도관을 통해 공급되는 수돗물을 샤워기로 공급하기 이전에 필터링 처리하기 위한 필터유닛을 포함하는 샤워 필터장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 필터유닛은, 부직포로 구비되고, 최외층에 배치되는 제1프리필터; 상기 제1프리필터의 내측에 배치되는 것으로서, 부직포로 구비되는 제2프리필터; 상기 제2프리필터의 내측에 배치되는 것으로서, 양전하에 의한 흡착방식으로 수돗물에 함유되어있는 바이러스 및 세균을 제거하도록 구비되는 양전하필터; 상기 양전하필터의 내측에 배치되어 최내층을 형성하는 것으로서, 수돗물에 함유되어있는 잔류 염소를 제거하도록 구비되는 카본블록필터;를 포함하며, 상기 제1프리필터 및 제2프리필터는 2중 구조로 배치함에 의해 수돗물에 함유되어있는 녹 찌꺼기를 비롯한 이물질을 제거하도록 구비되고, 상기 양전하필터 측 막힘 방지 및 수명 연장 기능을 발휘하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 양전하에 의한 흡착방식을 갖는 양전하필터를 샤워필터 측 필터유닛에 접목하되 2개의 프리필터를 덧대어 3중 복합필터로 제작함으로써 양전하필터 측 조기 막힘을 방지하여 수명을 연장시킬 수 있고, 최대의 필터링 효율과 유량을 확보할 수 있는 고성능 샤워 필터장치를 제공할 수 있다.
The present invention relates to a shower filter device connected to a faucet and a shower head connection hose, and including a filter unit for filtering tap water supplied through a water supply pipe before the tap water is supplied to the shower head. The filter unit includes: a first prefilter made of a nonwoven fabric, and placed on the outermost layer; a second prefilter placed inside the first prefilter, and made of a nonwoven fabric; a positive charge filter placed inside the second prefilter, and provided to remove viruses and bacteria contained in tap water through an adsorption scheme using positive charges; and a carbon block filter placed inside the positive charge filter to form the innermost layer, and provided to remove residual chlorine contained in the tap water. The first and second prefilters are placed in a dual structure to remove foreign substances contained in the tap water, including rust debris, and perform clog prevention and lifespan extension functions for the positive charge filter. According to the present invention, since the positive charge filter having an adsorption scheme using positive charges is combined with the filter unit on the side of the shower filter while being manufactured as a triplex hybrid filter with two prefilters added thereto, an early clog on the positive charge filter can be prevented to extend the lifespan thereof, and maximum filtering efficiency and flowrate can be secured. Accordingly, a shower filter device with high performance can be provided.
본 발명은 수전 및 샤워기 연결호스에 연결 사용하기 위한 것으로서, 수도관을 통해 공급되는 수돗물을 샤워기로 공급하기 이전에 필터링 처리하기 위한 필터유닛을 포함하는 샤워 필터장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 필터유닛은, 부직포로 구비되고, 최외층에 배치되는 제1프리필터; 상기 제1프리필터의 내측에 배치되는 것으로서, 부직포로 구비되는 제2프리필터; 상기 제2프리필터의 내측에 배치되는 것으로서, 양전하에 의한 흡착방식으로 수돗물에 함유되어있는 바이러스 및 세균을 제거하도록 구비되는 양전하필터; 상기 양전하필터의 내측에 배치되어 최내층을 형성하는 것으로서, 수돗물에 함유되어있는 잔류 염소를 제거하도록 구비되는 카본블록필터;를 포함하며, 상기 제1프리필터 및 제2프리필터는 2중 구조로 배치함에 의해 수돗물에 함유되어있는 녹 찌꺼기를 비롯한 이물질을 제거하도록 구비되고, 상기 양전하필터 측 막힘 방지 및 수명 연장 기능을 발휘하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 양전하에 의한 흡착방식을 갖는 양전하필터를 샤워필터 측 필터유닛에 접목하되 2개의 프리필터를 덧대어 3중 복합필터로 제작함으로써 양전하필터 측 조기 막힘을 방지하여 수명을 연장시킬 수 있고, 최대의 필터링 효율과 유량을 확보할 수 있는 고성능 샤워 필터장치를 제공할 수 있다.
