The present invention relates to a stone product for processing a stone material having many masonries and, more specifically, to a stone product for processing a stone material having many masonries and a processing method thereof capable of reinforcing vulnerability caused by the masonries and providing a beautiful appearance by filling the masonries with precious metal powder or decorative powder. To achieve the above objective, in the stone product for processing a stone material having many masonries of the present invention that a plurality of masonries are exposed on an outer surface, a first filling material formed by mixing powder of color which is different from color of the stone material with an adhesive, is filled in a part of the masonries, a second filling material formed by mixing stone powder, small stones, and the adhesive is filled in the masonries exposed to the remaining outer surface excluding the masonries in which the first filling material is filled, and the outer surface of the stone material is painted with paint. To achieve the above objective, the processing method of a stone material having many masonries of the present invention comprises: a step of taping some masonries selected from the masonries exposed to the outer surface of the stone material; a step of filling the second filling material in the masonries exposed to the outer surface excluding the tapped masonries; a step of removing tape from the tapped masonries; a step of filling the first filling material in the selected masonries; a step of drying the stone material in which the first filling material and the second filling material are filled; and a step of post-processing the dried stone material.
본 발명은 석공이 많은 석재를 가공한 석재품에 관한 것으로서, 석공으로 인한 취약성을 보강함과 더불어 석공에 귀금속분말 또는 장식분말을 채워 미관이 수려하도록 구성한 다석공 석재를 가공한 석재품 및 그 가공방법을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 다석공 석재를 가공한 석재품은 외표면에 다수 개의 석공들이 노출된 석재에 있어, 상기 석재의 색깔과 다른 색깔의 분말과 접착제가 혼합된 제1 충진물이 일부의 석공에 채워지고, 제1 충진물이 채워진 석공을 제외한 나머지 외표면에 노출된 석공에 석분과 잔돌과 접착제가 혼합된 제2 충진물이 채워지며, 상기 석재의 외표면에 도료가 칠된 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 더불어 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 다석공 석재품 가공방법은 석재의 외표면에 노출된 석공 중에서 일부 선택된 석공에 테이핑하는 단계와, 테이핑된 석공을 제외한 외표면에 노출된 석공에 제2 충진물을 충진하는 단계와, 상기 테이핑된 석공에서 테이프를 제거하는 단계와, 상기 선택된 석공에 제1 충진물을 충진하는 단계와, 상기 제1 충진물과 제2 충진물이 충진된 석재를 건조하는 단계와, 상기 건조된 석재를 후처리 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a stone product for processing a stone material having many masonries and, more specifically, to a stone product for processing a stone material having many masonries and a processing method thereof capable of reinforcing vulnerability caused by the masonries and providing a beautiful appearance by filling the masonries with precious metal powder or decorative powder. 본 발명은 석공이 많은 석재를 가공한 석재품에 관한 것으로서, 석공으로 인한 취약성을 보강함과 더불어 석공에 귀금속분말 또는 장식분말을 채워 미관이 수려하도록 구성한 다석공 석재를 가공한 석재품 및 그 가공방법을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 다석공 석재를 가공한 석재품은 외표면에 다수 개의 석공들이 노출된 석재에 있어, 상기 석재의 색깔과 다른 색깔의 분말과 접착제가 혼합된 제1 충진물이 일부의 석공에 채워지고, 제1 충진물이 채워진 석공을 제외한 나머지 외표면에 노출된 석공에 석분과 잔돌과 접착제가 혼합된 제2 충진물이 채워지며, 상기 석재의 외표면에 도료가 칠된 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 더불어 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 다석공 석재품 가공방법은 석재의 외표면에 노출된 석공 중에서 일부 선택된 석공에 테이핑하는 단계와, 테이핑된 석공을 제외한 외표면에 노출된 석공에 제2 충진물을 충진하는 단계와, 상기 테이핑된 석공에서 테이프를 제거하는 단계와, 상기 선택된 석공에 제1 충진물을 충진하는 단계와, 상기 제1 충진물과 제2 충진물이 충진된 석재를 건조하는 단계와, 상기 건조된 석재를 후처리 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
