TILTING TYPE AUTO PLUSH DOOR HANDLE DEVICE AND ITS CONTROL METHOD
Disclosed are a tilting type auto flush door handle device and a control method thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the tilting type auto flush door handle device applied to a door of a vehicle, includes: a housing forming a box-shaped space in a door outer panel; a door handle housed in the housing and installed to be tiltable to the outside and inside of the door outer panel of the vehicle; a tilting operation part hinged with an operation shaft with one end of the door handle housed in a groove having a U-shaped cross section, and having both sides penetrated by a tilting shaft in a seesaw form to mount the door handle to be tiltable; a restoration spring installed in the center of the operation shaft to apply a restoration force such that the door handle and the tilting operation part face the inside of the housing; and an actuator popping up a part of the door handle to the outside by tilting a wire connected with the tilting operation part around the tilting shaft, through a pulling force applied to the wire. Therefore, the present invention is capable of improving user convenience.
틸팅형 오토플러시 도어핸들 장치 및 그 제어 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른, 차량의 도어에 적용되는 틸팅형 오토플러시 도어핸들 장치는, 도어 아웃터 패널 내에 박스형 공간을 형성하는 하우징; 상기 하우징의 내부에 수용되고 차량 도어 아웃터 패널 외부와 내부로 틸팅 가능하게 설치되는 도어핸들; 'ㄷ'자 단면형상의 홈에 상기 도어핸들의 일측 단부를 수용하여 작동축과 힌지 결합하고, 양측면이 시소 형태로 틸팅축에 의해 관통되어 상기 도어핸들을 틸팅 가능하게 장착하는 틸팅 작동부; 상기 작동축을 중심으로 설치되어 상기 도어핸들과 틸팅 작동부가 항시 상기 하우징 내부를 향하도록 복원력을 가하는 복원스프링; 및 상기 틸팅 작동부에 연결된 와이어에 당김력을 가하여 상기 틸팅축을 중심으로 틸팅시킴으로써 상기 도어핸들의 일부를 외부로 팝업 시키는 액추에이터를 포함한다.
