Profile anchor for anti-falling safety hook connection
The present invention relates to a profile anchor for connecting an anti-falling safety hook. In order to enable a worker to easily fasten a safety hook using a profile pre-installed on a ceiling to prevent a falling accident during high place work in a clean room, the profile anchor for connecting an anti-falling safety hook comprises: a locking slide head (10) formed to be slid by being locked by an indentation groove (101) of a profile (100) on an upper end thereof to fasten a safety hook (200) of a worker during high place work by being mounted on the profile (100) having the T-shaped indentation groove (101) on a ceiling; a support rod (20) extending to a predetermined length at a lower part of the locking slide head (10); and a pair of front and rear anchors (2, 3) having a fastening ring (30) formed to fasten the safety hook (200) of a worker at a lower part of the support rod (20). The front and rear anchors (2, 3) further include a coupling means (40) for preventing separation or releasing from the profile (100) by being separately fastened to the profile (100) installed on the ceiling and then coupled to each other. Therefore, a fastening structure extending from the ceiling is provided to enable a worker to easily fasten the safety hook, and sliding movement can be performed along the length of the profile to move during high place work while securing the safety of the worker.
본 발명은 낙하방지 안전고리 연결용 프로파일앵커에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 클린룸의 고소작업 시 낙하사고를 방지하도록 천장에 기 설치된 프로파일을 이용하여 작업자가 안전고리를 쉽게 체결할 수 있도록 천장에 T형의 요입홈(101)을 갖는 프로파일(100)에 장착하여 고소작업 시 작업자의 안전고리 후크(200)를 체결하도록 상단에 프로파일(100)의 요입홈(101)에 걸림되어 슬라이딩하도록 형성되는 걸림슬라이드헤드(10)와, 상기 걸림슬라이드헤드(10)의 하부에 소정 길이로 연장되는 지지봉(20)과, 상기 지지봉(20)의 하부에 작업자의 안전고리 후크(200)를 체결하도록 형성되는 체결링(30)으로 이루어진 전측앵커(2)와 후측앵커(3) 한쌍을 포함하며, 상기 전측앵커(2)와 후측앵커(3)는 천장에 설치된 프로파일(100)에 각각 체결한 후 상호 결합하여 프로파일(100)에서 분리 또는 빠짐되는 것을 방지하도록 결합수단(40)을 더 포함하도록 구성되어 천장에서 연장된 체결구조를 제공하여 작업자가 안전고리 후크의 체결을 용이하게 하고, 프로파일의 길이를 따라 슬라이딩 이동됨으로써 고소 작업 시 이동이 가능하면서 작업자의 안전성을 확보할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 낙하방지 안전고리 연결용 프로파일앵커에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a profile anchor for connecting an anti-falling safety hook. In order to enable a worker to easily fasten a safety hook using a profile pre-installed on a ceiling to prevent a falling accident during high place work in a clean room, the profile anchor for connecting an anti-falling safety hook comprises: a locking slide head (10) formed to be slid by being locked by an indentation groove (101) of a profile (100) on an upper end thereof to fasten a safety hook (200) of a worker during high place work by being mounted on the profile (100) having the T-shaped indentation groove (101) on a ceiling; a support rod (20) extending to a predetermined length at a lower part of the locking slide head (10); and a pair of front and rear anchors (2, 3) having a fastening ring (30) formed to fasten the safety hook (200) of a worker at a lower part of the support rod (20). The front and rear anchors (2, 3) further include a coupling means (40) for preventing separation or releasing from the profile (100) by being separately fastened to the profile (100) installed on the ceiling and then coupled to each other. Therefore, a fastening structure extending from the ceiling is provided to enable a worker to easily fasten the safety hook, and sliding movement can be performed along the length of the profile to move during high place work while securing the safety of the worker.
본 발명은 낙하방지 안전고리 연결용 프로파일앵커에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 클린룸의 고소작업 시 낙하사고를 방지하도록 천장에 기 설치된 프로파일을 이용하여 작업자가 안전고리를 쉽게 체결할 수 있도록 천장에 T형의 요입홈(101)을 갖는 프로파일(100)에 장착하여 고소작업 시 작업자의 안전고리 후크(200)를 체결하도록 상단에 프로파일(100)의 요입홈(101)에 걸림되어 슬라이딩하도록 형성되는 걸림슬라이드헤드(10)와, 상기 걸림슬라이드헤드(10)의 하부에 소정 길이로 연장되는 지지봉(20)과, 상기 지지봉(20)의 하부에 작업자의 안전고리 후크(200)를 체결하도록 형성되는 체결링(30)으로 이루어진 전측앵커(2)와 후측앵커(3) 한쌍을 포함하며, 상기 전측앵커(2)와 후측앵커(3)는 천장에 설치된 프로파일(100)에 각각 체결한 후 상호 결합하여 프로파일(100)에서 분리 또는 빠짐되는 것을 방지하도록 결합수단(40)을 더 포함하도록 구성되어 천장에서 연장된 체결구조를 제공하여 작업자가 안전고리 후크의 체결을 용이하게 하고, 프로파일의 길이를 따라 슬라이딩 이동됨으로써 고소 작업 시 이동이 가능하면서 작업자의 안전성을 확보할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 낙하방지 안전고리 연결용 프로파일앵커에 관한 것이다.
