In accordance with the present invention, a variable road separator comprises: a first tube which is flexible, allowing light to be transmitted, and having a first convex part and a first concave part to be repeatedly bent and installed; a second tube which is flexible, allowing light to be transmitted, and having a second convex part and a second concave part to be repeatedly bent to be spaced apart from the first tube; and a light emitting unit inserted into the first and second tubes. The first and second tubes are installed and supported to allow first and second middle parts to intersect each other so as to allow the first convex part to be located on an upper part of the second concave part, and to allow the second convex part to be located on an upper part of the first concave part. Accordingly, maintenance is easy.
