Manufacturing method of Korean style seared roof tile recycled from inorganic waste sludge
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a Korean-style soot tile from recycled inorganic waste sludge, and to a soot tile manufactured by the manufacturing method. By recycling industrial waste inorganic sludge and waste glass powder and applying the same to the production of Korean-style soot tiles, the present invention contributes to environmental protection by saving natural clay resources and reuse of industrial waste, and reducing the cost of raw materials, thereby reducing the cost of manufacturing and increasing labor costs. In order to be able to actively respond to the occurrence of factors that increase production costs by recycling industrial waste inorganic sludge and waste glass powder and applying the same to the production of Korean-style soot tiles to contribute to environmental protection by saving natural clay resources and reuse of industrial waste, and reducing the cost of raw materials, thereby reducing the cost of manufacturing and increasing labor costs, the method comprises: (S1) forming a sludge mixture by mixing 48 to 55 wt% by weight of clay and 45 to 52 wt% of inorganic sludge generated during sand production; (S2) putting the sludge mixture into a grinder and grinding the 70 mesh pass rate to 70-78%; (S3) mixing and kneading the pulverized sludge mixture by quantitative input into a water kneader and water to maintain 19-21% moisture; (S4) putting the kneaded sludge mixture into a vacuum pulverizer to form a tile in the form of a tile, and putting the first molded tile into a hydraulic press for secondary molding; and (S5) aging and drying the molded tile in a primary drying room at 30-40℃ for 24-72 hours, and then aging-drying in a secondary drying room at 50-70℃ for 96-120 hours so that the water content becomes 1.5-3%; and (S6) loading the dried roof tiles into a calcination furnace and calcining at 1,050 to 1,080℃ for 22 to 24 hours.
본 발명은 무기성폐오니를 재활용한 한식형 그을림 기와의 제조방법 및 그 제조방법으로 제조된 그을림 기와에 관한 것으로 산업폐기물인 무기성오니와 폐유리분말을 재활용하여 한식형 그을림기와의 생산에 적용함으로 천연점토자원의 절약과 산업폐기물의 재사용으로 환경보호에 일조하고 원재료비를 줄여 제조단가를 낮춤으로 인건비상승 등의 생산비증가요인의 발생에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 점토 48∼55중량%와, 모래생산 시 발생되는 무기성오니 45∼52중량%를 배합하여 오니혼합물을 형성하는 단계(S1); 상기 오니혼합물을 분쇄기에 투입하여 70 mesh 통과율이 70∼78%가 되게 분쇄하는 단계(S2); 상기 분쇄된 오니혼합물을 혼수혼련기에 정량투입하고 가수하여 수분이 19∼21%가 유지되도록 혼합 및 혼련하는 단계(S3); 상기 혼련된 오니혼합물을 진공토련기에 투입하여 기와 형태로 1차 성형을 하고, 상기 1차 성형된 기와를 유압프레스에 투입하여 2차 성형하는 단계(S4); 상기 성형이 완료된 기와를 30∼40℃에서 24∼72시간 동안 1차건조실에서 숙성건조 후, 50∼70℃에서 96∼120시간 동안 함수분이 1.5∼3%가 되도록 2차건조실에서 숙성건조하는 단계(S5); 상기 건조된 기와를 소성로에 적재하여 1,050∼1,080℃에서 22∼24시간 동안 소성하는 단계(S6);를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
