ENVIRONMENTAL-FRIENDLY CONSTRUCTING METHOD OF LINING COMPOSITE
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly composite material lining construction method, comprising: a first peeling prevention treatment step of forming a primer layer on the floor; a lining step of forming a fiber-reinforced plastic layer having a structure in which a fiber as a reinforcing material is impregnated with a resin as a base material to be laminated on a primer layer; a second peeling prevention treatment step of fixing the fiber-reinforced plastic layer to the floor with a fixing member; and a surface finishing step of forming a coating layer for the coating layer to be laminated on the surface of the fiber-reinforced plastic layer.
본 발명은 친환경 복합소재 라이닝 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 바닥에 프라이머층을 형성하는 제1박리방지처리단계와, 보강재로서의 섬유에 모재로서의 수지를 함침시킨 구조의 섬유강화플라스틱층을 프라이머층에 적층되게 형성하는 라이닝단계와, 고정부재로 섬유강화플라스틱층을 바닥에 고정시키는 제2박리방지처리단계와, 코팅층을 섬유강화플라스틱층의 표면에 적층되게 형성하는 표면마감단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
