The present invention relates to a gap-adjusting joint having a buffering function and, more specifically, to a gap-adjusting joint having a buffering function, which is installed between inter-floor noise prevention panels to be constructed without cutting the inter-floor noise prevention panels, and can absorb vibration generated from above. According to the present invention, the gap-adjusting joint having a buffering function comprises: a horizontal upper plate; a lower plate separated from the upper plate and arranged below the upper plate in parallel with the upper plate; an insertion groove formed between both sides of the upper plate and the lower plate to insert an inter-floor noise prevention panel thereinto; a support connecting the centers of the upper plate and the lower plate and protruding below the lower plate; and anti-vibration rubber provided on an end of the support to absorb vibration generated from above. The gap-adjusting joint having a buffering function is installed between the inter-floor noise prevention panels to adjust the gap between the inter-floor noise prevention panels without cracks to eliminate the need for cutting the inter-floor noise prevention panels, thereby eliminating loss of materials and shortening construction time.
본 발명은 완충 기능을 가지는 간격조절 이음재에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 층간소음 방지패널 사이에 설치하여 층간소음 방지패널의 재단 없이 시공할 수 있도록 하면서 상부에서 발생한 진동을 흡수할 수 있는 완충 기능을 가지는 간격조절 이음재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 완충 기능을 가지는 간격조절 이음재는, 수평의 상부 판; 상부 판의 하부에 간격을 두고 평행하게 구비되는 하부 판; 상부 판과 하부 판의 양측 사이에 형성되어 층간소음 방지패널이 삽입되는 삽입 홈; 상부 판과 하부 판 중앙을 연결하면서 하부 판 하부로 돌출되는 지지대; 및 지지대의 말단에 구비되어 상부로부터 발생한 진동을 흡수하는 방진고무; 를 포함한다. 본 발명의 완충 기능을 가지는 간격조절 이음재는 층간소음 방지 패널 사이에 설치되어 층간소음 방지패널의 간격을 틈새 없이 조절할 수 있으므로 층간소음방지 패널을 재단할 필요 없고, 이에 따라 자재의 손실이 없으며 시공 시간이 단축되는 효과가 있다.
