METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CLAY BRICK USING OCEAN DREDGED MATERIAL
A method for manufacturing clay bricks using marine dredged soil comprises: a step of pretreating marine dredged soil; a step of mixing coal ash with the pretreated marine dredged soil; a step of lowering a moisture content by dewatering and drying the mixed marine dredged soil and coal ash; a step of manufacturing unfired clay bricks by molding the mixed marine dredged soil and coal ash into a designated shape; a step of producing fired clay bricks by firing the unmolded clay bricks at a temperature of 1,100 to 1,170℃; and a step of cooling the fired clay bricks at room temperature. According to the present invention, energy can be greatly saved and marine pollution can be prevented.
해양준설토를 이용한 점토벽돌의 제조 방법은 해양준설토를 전처리하는 단계; 전처리된 상기 해양준설토에 석탄회를 혼합하는 단계; 혼합된 상기 해양준설토 및 상기 석탄회를 탈수 및 건조처리하여 함수율을 낮추는 단계; 혼합된 상기 해양준설토 및 상기 석탄회를 지정된 형상으로 성형하여 미소성 점토 벽돌을 제조하는 단계; 상기 미성형 점토 벽돌을 1,100~1,170℃의 온도에서 소성하여 소성 점토 벽돌을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 소성 점토 벽돌을 상온에서 냉각시키는 단계를 포함한다.
