The present invention provides an excavation apparatus and an excavation method for drilling rocky ground for the purpose of pile foundation construction, etc. According to the present invention, the excavation apparatus is composed of a rotating plate (30) on which a plurality of swivelling hammers (42) are mounted, and a center plate (20) having a hollow shaft (21) formed therein. In a state in which the hollow shaft (21) of the excavation apparatus is coupled to a central pipe (10) penetrated in advance into the ground to be drilled, as the swivelling hammers (42) are operated, the excavation hole is drilled. Through the present invention, in the drilling of a large-diameter excavation hole for a rocky ground, the straightness and precision of the excavation hole are improved, construction stability is secured, and the mobilization equipment is simplified and miniaturized, and the discharged pollutants such as soot and fine dust can be minimized.
본 발명은 말뚝기초 시공 등의 목적으로 암질(巖質) 지반을 천공하는 굴착장치 및 굴착공법으로서, 다수의 선회해머(42)가 장착된 회전판(30)과, 중공축(21)이 형성된 중심판(20) 등으로 굴착장치가 구성되며, 천공 대상 지반에 사전 관입된 중심관(10)에 굴착장치의 중공축(21)이 결합된 상태에서 선회해머(42)가 가동됨에 따라 굴착공이 천공되는 것이다. 본 발명을 통하여, 암질 지반에 대한 대구경 굴착공 천공에 있어서, 굴착공의 직진성 및 정밀도를 제고하고, 시공 안정성을 확보할 뿐 아니라, 동원 장비의 간소화 및 소형화는 물론, 매연 및 미세먼지 등 오염물 배출을 최소화할 수 있다.
