TSB THE CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE TEMPORARY SMART BRACING TOP-DOWN SYSTEM
The present invention enables a parallel construction method where an underground frame supports an above-ground frame and the above-ground frame and the underground frame are simultaneously constructed at the same time in a construction site where the above-ground frame and an outer part of a basement are adjacent or coincident, thereby improving structural stability while maintaining the maximum area of a structure and reducing a construction period to reduce construction cost.
본 발명은 지상골조와 지하층 외곽부가 인접하거나 일치하는 건설현장에서 지상골조를 지하골조가 지지함과 동시에 지상골조와 지하골조를 동시에 시공하는 병행축조공법을 실시하는 것이 가능하여, 구조물의 최대면적을 유지하면서도 구조적 안정성이 향상되며, 또한 공기를 단축시키는 것이 가능하여 시공비용의 절감의 효과가 있다.
