The present invention relates to a method for constructing non-supporting curved steel stairs and non-supporting curved steel stairs constructed by the same, which can facilitate construction and promote economic efficiency by minimizing temporary materials. The construction method comprises: (a) a step of installing an inner plate and an outer plate forming both sides of stairs; (b) a step of mounting a moving installation part above the inner plate and the outer plate; (c) a step of gripping a stepping plate on the moving installation part; (d) a step of moving the moving installation part to the installation position of the stepping plate; (e) an installation step of the stepping plate; (f) a step of repeating the steps of gripping the stepping plate, moving the moving installation part, and installing the stepping plate to complete the installation of the stepping plate; and (g) a step of removing the moving installation part, and installing a handrail on the inner plate and the outer plate. The non-supporting curved steel stairs constructed by the construction method have an inner plate and an outer plate having a curved shape. The inner plate includes a first inner plate and a second inner plate which are roll-formed and a connection part integrating the gap between the first inner plate and the second inner plate and forming an installation hole between the first inner plate and the second inner plate to have an H-shaped cross section. The outer plate includes a first outer plate and a second outer plate which are roll-formed and a connection part integrating the gap between the first outer plate and the second outer plate and forming an installation hole between the first outer plate and the second outer plate to have an H-shaped cross section.

본 발명은 무지주 곡선형 강재 계단을 시공할 수 있는 방법과 그에 의해 시공된 무지주 곡선형 강재 계단의 구조에 관한 것으로서, 상기 시공방법은 a) 계단의 양측면을 형성하는 내측판과 외측판을 설치하는 단계; b) 내측판과 외측판의 상부에 이동설치대를 거치시키는 단계; c) 이동설치대에 디딤판을 파지시키는 단계; d) 이동설치대를 디딤판의 설치 위치로 이동시키는 단계; e) 디딤판의 설치단계; f) 상기의 디딤판 파지, 이동설치대 이동 및, 디딤판 설치의 각 단계를 반복하여 디딤판의 설치를 완료하는 단계; g) 이동설치대를 제거하고, 내측판과 외측판에 난간을 설치하는 단계;로 이루어지고, 그에 의해 시공된 무지주 곡선형 강재 계단은 내측판과 외측판은 곡면형상을 가지되, 내측판은 롤포밍한 제1내판과 제2내판 및 제1내판과 제2내판 사이를 일체화시키면서 이들 사이에 설치공을 형성시키는 연결대로 이루어져 H형상의 단면을 가지고, 외측판은 롤포밍한 제1외판과 제2외판 및 제1외판과 제2외판 사이를 일체화시키면서 이들 사이에 설치공을 형성시키는 연결대로 이루어져 H형상의 단면을 가지도록 구성되는 것을 특징한다.
