Sealing apparatus for double layer glass manufacturing
The present invention relates to a sealing apparatus for manufacturing double layer glass, comprising: a driving unit driven by a control signal; and a head unit applying a sealing material to the edge of the double layer glass while linearly moving along a rail by driving the driving unit, wherein the head unit includes: a supply pipe with a predetermined length in which the sealing material is supplied; an opening/closing valve installed at an end side of the supply pipe to supply or block supply of the sealing material supplied through the supply pipe by being opened/closed by a control signal; a nozzle discharging each set amount of the sealing material supplied through the supply pipe when the opening/closing valve is opened; a guide plate installed at the end of the nozzle to slide in a state of being in surface contact with the edge surface of the double layer glass; a buffering cylinder installed in the direction orthogonal to the tip side of the supply pipe; and a buffering plate fixedly installed on one surface of the buffering cylinder, wherein the buffering plate is installed in parallel with the supply pipe in a state of being spaced apart from the supply pipe at a predetermined interval, and a gripping hole, which the nozzle passes, is formed on the end side thereof. The present invention enhances durability to save maintenance costs.
본 발명은 복층유리 제조용 실링장치에 관한 것으로서, 제어신호에 의해 구동이 이루어지는 구동부; 및 상기 구동부의 구동에 의해 레일 상을 따라 직선 이동되면서 복층유리의 테두리에 실링재를 도포하는 헤드부를 포함하되, 상기 헤드부는, 실링재가 공급되는 일정 길이의 공급 관; 상기 공급 관의 단부 측에 설치되어 제어신호에 의해 개폐되어 상기 공급 관을 통해 공급되는 실링재를 공급 또는 공급 차단시키는 개폐밸브; 상기 개폐밸브의 개방 시 상기 공급 관을 통해 공급된 실링재를 설정 양씩 토출시키는 노즐; 상기 노즐의 단부에 설치되어 상기 복층유리의 테두리 면과 면 접촉된 상태로 슬라이드되는 가이드 플레이트; 상기 공급 관의 선단 측에 직교하는 방향으로 설치되는 완충 실린더; 및 상기 완충 실린더의 일 면에 고정되게 설치되되, 상기 공급 관과 일정 간격 이격된 상태에서 나란한 방향으로 설치되고, 그 단부 측에 상기 노즐이 통과되는 파지 홀이 형성된 완충 플레이트를 포함한다.
