Horizontal member connector for support
The present invention provides a connector, which connects a horizontal member (5) horizontally connecting a plurality of supports (1) each of which includes a lower vertical pipe (2) and an upper vertical pipe (3) slidably coupled into the lower vertical pipe (2) and having a plurality of through holes horizontally penetrated and vertically formed to be spaced, comprising: a slide pipe (10) slidably fitted into the upper vertical pipe (3) of the support (1) and having a plurality of pin holes (11) horizontally penetrated on the outer circumferential surface and vertically formed to be spaced; a bracket (20) protruding laterally from a middle part of the outer circumferential surface of the slide pipe (10) and having a plurality of coupling holes (22) vertically penetrated and radially arranged to insert a coupling pin (7) thereinto wherein the coupling pin (7) is coupled to a coupler (6) provided at an end of the horizontal member (5) horizontally connecting the upper vertical pipe (3) of an adjacent support; and position fixation pins (30) fitted in the pin holes (11) of the slide pipe (10) and the through holes (4) of the upper vertical pipe (3) to fixatedly position the slide pipe (10) at the upper vertical pipe (3), wherein one side pin hole (11) of the slide pipe (10) and one side through hole (4) of the upper vertical pipe (3) are arranged by positioning and moving the slide pipe (10) from the upper vertical pipe (3) and the position fixation pins (30) are fitted therein to fixate the slide pipe (10) to the upper vertical pipe (3). The present invention firmly supports a horizontal load and enhances safety of a worker.
본 발명은 하부수직파이프(2)와, 이 하부수직파이프(2)의 내부로 슬라이드가능하게 결합되며 수평관통된 복수개의 관통공(4)이 상하로 이격 형성된 상부수직파이프(3)를 포함하는 복수개의 서포트(1)를 수평으로 연결하는 수평부재(5)를 연결하는 연결구에 있어서, 상기 서포트(1)의 상부수직파이프(3)에 슬라이드가능하게 끼워지며, 외주면에는 수평관통된 복수개의 핀공(11)이 상하로 이격 형성된 슬라이드관체(10); 이 슬라이드관체(10)의 외주면 중간부에서 측방으로 돌출되며, 인접된 서포트의 상부수직파이프(3)를 수평방향으로 연결하는 수평부재(5)의 단부에 구비된 체결구(6)에 체결되는 체결핀(7)이 삽입되도록 상하로 관통된 복수개의 체결공(22)이 방사상으로 배치된 브래킷(20); 및 상기 슬라이드관체(10)의 핀공(11)과 상부수직파이프(3)의 관통공(4)에 끼워져서 슬라이드관체(10)를 상부수직파이프(3)에 위치고정시키는 위치고정핀(30);을 포함하며, 상기 슬라이드관체(10)를 상부수직파이프(3)에서 위치이동시켜 슬라이드관체(10)의 일측 핀공(11)과 상부수직파이프(3)의 일측 관통공(4)을 정렬시키고 위치고정핀(30)을 끼워서 슬라이드관체(10)를 상부수직파이프(3)에 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 서포트용 수평부재 연결구이다.
