Construction Structure and Construction Method of Exterior Panel for Building
A purpose of the present invention is to provide a construction structure of an exterior panel for construction, capable of forming grid-shaped square pipes by fixing the square pipes vertically and laterally through a cross-shaped joint member, and fixing a panel body to each grid by assembling the square pipes with fixing grooves of the panel body such that the pipes are inserted into the grooves, thereby improving convenience in which substantial assembly can be performed without a skillful technique, and workability due to the assembly of the panel body, and a construction method thereof. In accordance with the present invention, the structure includes: a plurality of panel bodies formed into a square shape; an assembly part comprising assembly protrusions and assembly grooves to be inserted into left and right sides and upper and lower sides, opposed to each other, of the panel bodies such that the panel bodies can be assembled laterally and vertically to form a wall; and a fixing part forming fixing grooves on the upper and lower and left and right sides of the panel bodies to be located inside the assembly protrusions and the assembly grooves, and enabling an adjacent panel body to be inserted into the fixing grooves to be fixed.
본 발명의 목적은 십자 형상의 조인트부재를 사용하여 각파이프를 상하좌우로 고정함에 의해 격자 형상으로 각파이프를 형성하고, 각파이프를 패널본체의 고정홈에 끼워지게 조립하여 각 격자에 패널본체가 고정되도록 함으로서, 견고한 조립을 숙련된 기술이 없이도 쉽게 할 수 있게 한 편리성과 패널본체의 조립에 따른 작업성을 향상시킨 건축용 외장패널의 시공구조 및 시공방법을 제공한다. 이러한 본 발명은, 사각형상으로 이루어지는 복수개의 패널본체; 상기 패널본체를 좌우상하 방향으로 조립하여 벽체를 이룰 수 있도록 상기 패널본체의 서로 대응하는 좌우측변 및 상하측변에 서로 끼움될 수 있도록 형성한 조립돌기와 조립홈으로 이루어지는 조립부; 및 상기 조립돌기와 조립홈의 안쪽으로 위치하도록 패널본체의 상하좌우측변에 고정홈을 형성하고, 상기 고정홈에 삽입 설치하여 인접하는 패널본체를 고정할 수 있도록 한 고정부;를 포함한다.
