Artificial turf structure
An artificial turf structure according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a bubble layer; a plurality of pile parts in which pile yarn is tufted in the bubble layer; a filling layer including a mineral material between the upper portion of the bubble layer and the pile part; and a back coating layer formed by coating a polymer resin on the lower surface of the bubble layer, wherein the mineral includes 85 to 99% by weight of silicon dioxide based on 100% by weight of the total mineral, thereby capable of improving the upright stability, durability, and shock absorption of artificial turf.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 인조잔디 구조체는, 기포층; 상기 기포층에 파일사가 터프팅된 복수개의 파일부; 상기 기포층 상부와 상기 파일부 사이에 광물질을 포함하는 충전층; 그리고 사기 기포층 하부면에 고분자 수지가 코팅되어 형성된 백코팅층을 포함하며, 상기 광물질은, 전체 광물질 100 중량% 기준으로, 85~99 중량%의 이산화규소를 포함한다.
