Girder form deck for welding deck
The present invention relates to a beam formwork, which can weld and install a deck while molding a beam of a building. The beam formwork of the present invention comprises: a formwork body including a lower plate and a side plate vertically erected and connected to the lower plate; a stirrup disposed at regular intervals inside the formwork body to reinforce concrete poured into the formwork body; a fixing bar disposed between the formwork body and the stirrup to maintain a gap between the formwork body and the stirrup, and including a first fixing bar attached to an upper surface of the lower plate, and a second fixing bar attached to the inner surface of a side plate; and a reinforcing plate disposed on an upper portion of the side plate of the formwork body, and reinforcing the side plate to weld and install a deck. The reinforcing plate is thicker than the side plate. Accordingly, safety can be secured during construction.
본 발명은 보 거푸집에 대한 것으로서, 건축물의 보를 성형하며 데크가 용접설치될 수 있는 보 거푸집에 있어서, 하부판과, 상기 하부판에 수직으로 세워져서 연결형성되는 측판으로 이루어지는 거푸집 본체; 상기 거푸집 본체의 내부에 일정 간격을 두고 배치되어 상기 거푸집 본체 내부로 타설되는 콘크리트를 보강하기 위한 스트럽; 상기 거푸집 본체와 상기 스트럽 사이에 배치되어 상기 거푸집 본체와 상기 스트럽 사이의 간격을 유지하는 고정바로서, 상기 하부판의 상면에 부착되는 제1고정바와, 상기 측판의 내면에 부착되는 제2고정바로 이루어지는 고정바; 및 상기 거푸집 본체의 측판 상부에 배치되고 데크가 용접설치될 수 있도록 측판을 보강하는 보강플레이트를 포함하되, 상기 보강플레이트는, 상기 측판의 두께보다 두꺼운 두께를 가지고 있는 데크가 용접 설치될 수 있는 보 거푸집에 대한 것이다.
