The present invention relates to a slidable safe gang form lifting apparatus. More specifically, the slidable safe gang form lifting apparatus comprises: a fixing member (30) provided to combine and install a safety means (20), which is detachably installed on the front side of a lifting hook means (10), on the lifting hook means; a cover member (40) inserted into a lower part of the fixing member while kept elastically supported by an elastic spring (75); a safety hook member (50) installed in an upper part of the front of the lifting hook means to be liftable; a combination member (60) installed in an upper part of the fixing member; and a guide bolt member (70) combining the combination member, the cover member and the fixing member, wherein the safety hook member and the center of the combination member are connected through a lifting wire (90) such that an anchor bolt (5) of a gang form is exposed in a covered state as the cover member is elastically lifted when the safety hook member (50) is lifted up. Therefore, the slidable safe gang form lifting apparatus is capable of providing excellent durability and operational reliability through a simple assembly structure sliding therein without causing each component of the safety means to be exposed on the outside of the fixing member as well as providing excellent economic feasibility by enabling the safety means to be separated from the lifting hook means and reused.
본 발명은 슬라이드 방식 갱폼 안전 인양장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 인양 고리수단(10) 전면에 착탈 설치되는 안전 수단(20)을 상기 인양 고리수단에 결합 설치하는 고정 부재(30)와, 상기 고정 부재 하부로 탄발 스프링(75)에 의해 탄발 지지 상태로 내 삽입 설치하는 커버 부재(40)와, 상기 인양 고리수단의 전방 상부에 승하강 이동 가능하게 설치하는 안전 고리부재(50)와, 상기 고정 부재 상부에 설치하는 결합 부재(60) 및, 상기 결합 부재, 커버 부재, 고정 부재를 상하로 결합하는 안내 볼트 부재(70)로 구성하되, 상기 안전 고리부재와 결합 부재의 중앙을 견인 와이어(90)로 연결하여 상기 안전 고리부재(50)를 들어 올릴 때 커버 부재가 탄발 승강하면서 갱폼의 앵커 볼트(5)를 커버 상태에서 노출하도록 하므로 상기 안전 수단의 각 부품이 고정 부재 외부에서 노출되지 않고 내부에서 슬라이드 작동하는 간단한 조립 구조에 의해 내구성, 작동 신뢰성을 우수하게 제공함은 물론 상기 안전 수단을 인양 고리수단에서 분리하여 재 사용 가능하므로 경제성을 우수하게 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
The present invention relates to a slidable safe gang form lifting apparatus. More specifically, the slidable safe gang form lifting apparatus comprises: a fixing member (30) provided to combine and install a safety means (20), which is detachably installed on the front side of a lifting hook means (10), on the lifting hook means; a cover member (40) inserted into a lower part of the fixing member while kept elastically supported by an elastic spring (75); a safety hook member (50) installed in an upper part of the front of the lifting hook means to be liftable; a combination member (60) installed in an upper part of the fixing member; and a guide bolt member (70) combining the combination member, the cover member and the fixing member, wherein the safety hook member and the center of the combination member are connected through a lifting wire (90) such that an anchor bolt (5) of a gang form is exposed in a covered state as the cover member is elastically lifted when the safety hook member (50) is lifted up.
