APARTMENT BUILDING WITH EMERGENCY EVACUATION STRUCTURE
The present invention provides an apartment house having an emergency escape structure, as an apartment house consisting of multiple floors, each floor consisting of multiple objects. More particularly, provided is the apartment house having an emergency escape structure in which a user can safely and quickly escape by himself or herself in an emergency. According to the present invention, the apartment house having an emergency escape structure comprises: private rooms and balconies provided for each object; a common room formed to connect the balconies of neighboring objects on each floor; fire walls installed to separate the common room and the balconies connected thereto; an insulated fire door formed on each of the fire walls to allow the common room to communicate with the balconies connected thereto; and an evacuation passage formed such that the evacuation passage can be connected to the common room on another floor through the ceiling and floor of the common room.
본 발명은, 각각의 객체에 제공되는 전용실 및 발코니와, 각각의 층에서 서로 이웃하는 객체의 발코니들을 연결시키도록 형성되는 공유실과, 공유실 및 그에 연결된 발코니들을 구분하도록 설치되는 방화 벽체들과, 공유실 및 그에 연결된 발코니들을 연통시킬 수 있도록 방화 벽체들에 각각 형성되는 단열 방화 도어와, 공유실의 천장 및 바닥을 통하여 다른 층의 공유실과 연결될 수 있도록 형성되는 피난 통로를 포함하고, 복수 층으로 이루어지고, 각각의 층이 복수 객체로 이루어진 공동주택으로서, 비상시에 사용자의 자력 탈출이 안전하고 신속하게 이루어질 수 있는 비상 탈출 구조를 가지는 공동주택이 제시된다.

The present invention provides an apartment house having an emergency escape structure, as an apartment house consisting of multiple floors, each floor consisting of multiple objects. More particularly, provided is the apartment house having an emergency escape structure in which a user can safely and quickly escape by himself or herself in an emergency.
